Tennent's Training Academy is a dedicated Hospitality Industry Training Academy based in Scotland offering a fresh approach to learning new skills with exciting cookery classes, legislative hospitality trade courses and inspirational teaching in a unique environment. Tennent's Training Academy is the most state-of-the-art Training facility in Scotland and with that comes some of the most unique rooms you will ever experience, including: • Wine Room: A beautifully-designed gentleman's cellar, a light and airy room with a window view into the Kitchen. • Cook School: State-of-the-art kitchen with 14 individual cooking areas for all to learn. It also benefits from a wonderful open area to watch the Chef create his specialities. • Bar School: A purpose built, fully functional bar complete with working cellar!
