Foo fighters GB are a midlands based tribute band who’s goal is to provide a true-to-life reconstruction of a real Foo Fighters performance at any and every show. They pride themselves in bringing the true, authentic Foo Fighters experience to you. Over the past 6 years and a few line up changes, the sound that Foo Fighters GB produce has been constantly refined and this is reflected in the equipment that they use; Lead guitarist, Nath Peach and front man, Dan O’Connell, utilise the sounds of a Mesa Boogie and Vox AC30, teamed with Gibson Les Pauls, Explorers and a DG335 and Fender custom shop Telecasters. Bassist, Connor Croxford uses a Fender P bass along with an Ashdown Bass stack. Russ Weller, Drums, has a Gretch USA custom pink, which was custom built to match the kit Taylor Hawkins used at Glastonbury festival. He also has a Gretch USA custom Bell Brass snare and A custom Zildjian cymbals. Jim Freeman, keys, uses a Nord Electro D6. All of this plus the experience in the field, having played multiple large festivals to tens of thousands of people, mean that Foo Fighters GB provide a groundbreaking, authentic experience at any and every show.

Robb Weir is never a man to take what he has for granted. Having led the Tygers since their first album through a plethora of line-up changes, he recognises that the current band are probably the strongest since they were at the forefront of the NWOBHM. The original band, who made 4 albums for MCA records, survived the unexpected departure of Jess Cox to run Neat records and later John Sykes, who was bound for Thin Lizzy and a multi-million seller with Whitesnake. What they didn’t survive was their greatest commercial success with the album ‘The Cage’. However, Weir, ever the optimist, formed a new version of the band to play the old material and write songs that would represent this ‘new’ Tygers. The backbone of the band - Craig Ellis on drums together with Jack Meille on vocals have now been together for considerably longer than the first Tygers and were joined by Francesco Marras on guitar and Huw Holding on bass for their 2023 album ‘Bloodlines’. 2024 saw the release of both a new live album ‘Live Blood’ and reimagining of the album that put the Tygers back on the rock and roll rails - ‘Animal Instinct’. A new album is expected in 2026.

We are very delighted to be back @underworld in London, as part of 2 hours Fish Era set list, we wil play all the Clutching at Straws and a broad selection of tracks from the first four Marillion albums from the big hit such as Cinderella Search, Script for a Jester's Tears, Kayleigh, and of course a very special homage to the 35th of Misplaced Childhood. Voivod Very few bands survive for four decades. Even fewer are those that continue to reach new creative heights, long after legendary status has been achieved. Voïvod were never like other bands: even as the thrash metal scene exploded in the early ‘80s, the Jonquière, Québec crew stood apart, both as unique visionaries and as proud subverters of the metallic norm. From early prog-thrash classics like Killing Technology and Dimension Hatröss through to the psychedelic explorations of The Outer Limits, Voïvod have been standard bearers for individuality and creative freedom for nearly 40 years. Midnight Midnight is a band fronted by one Athenar, aka Jamie Walters, a guy who has had his hand in practically anything metal coming out of Cleveland over the years. Originally just a for-fun side project, Midnight has developed into a full-fledged band, and the formula is simple -- raw, NWOBHM-inspired fare, with heavy influences from bands like Tank, Motorhead, and a bit of early Venom as well. It's certainly not complex, and there's really not a lot of variation from song to song or album to album, yet there aren't a lot of bands playing this style these days and Midnight is surprisingly effective and entertaining. Formed in Sheffield in the late 1970s by brothers Chris & Paul McMahon, they established their reputation as one of the hardest working underground bands of the 80s and have continued to perform regularly ever since, including weekly live-streamed concerts during Lockdown. Their latest studio album, The Water's Edge, was reviewed in Prog magazine: "The result is the best sounding Haze album yet, with the band free to concentrate on playing the music, and the inevitable constraints on studio time also helping to bring out the free-flowing, seat-of-the-pants improvisation which has made Haze one of the best live acts around." It's also their fastest-selling album to date, proving that Haze's legendary reputation is richly deserved. Tiger Moth Tales Tiger Moth Tales is essentially the brain child of Nottinghamshire based musician and writer Peter Jones, who has been involved in the music industry performing around the UK and recording his own material since the late 90s. At fifteen months Pete lost his sight due to Retinoblastoma. From an early age he was into all things musical and at the age of four had his first piano. Peter composed from an early age, usually in the form of improvisations which he would capture on his cassette recorder.

The first album Oddity was full of promises for the start of an epic journey, but it is on stage where he starts to carve his signature – costumes, make-up, psychedelic atmospheres, humour and sensuality. Yes, you think of Genesis, of Alice Cooper and David Bowie, of Led Zeppelin and Pink-Floyd too. But eventually, you will no longer think of anybody else. Following the release of the highly anticipated 'Torn Apart', featuring special guest Steve Hackett (Genesis), the 'Tearing the Tour Apart' hit the road in Europe and Franck reinforced his show as one of the most irresistible in the rock scene. 2017 saw the release of a live DVD/BluRay of the tour, which, after about 100 dates, ended with a standing ovation on stage of the Loreley 'Night of the Prog' festival in front of 6000 people. Carducci, as Master of Ceremonies, leads his Rock n Roll Circus where each of his players embodies a side of his music. Who can explain how a 12 string guitar extra neck would be added to a bass guitar, how a powerful guitar riff would go with a hot belly dance, or a Mellotron solo would end up in a duel with a didgeridoo? Who can also explain how Achilles, guitar and sword in hand, would kidnap a sensual Alice from her Wonderland? However, let them pick you up and take you in the palm of their hands – you won’t want to leave until the very last note of the concert. Their style was heavily Influenced by bands of the era like Gong, Camel, Colosseum II, Genesis but all original material with a balance of vocal and instrumental pieces. On 12th October 2024, some 47 years later the band reunited to play a special reunion gig at The West End Centre in Aldershot. The original line up of Mark Terry on guitar and vocals, Stuart Manson on keyboards, Paul Bennett on Bass and Richard Houghton on drums performed their original set including Man From Down Under, The Goblin Party and Leaving You In The Lurch from their early recordings plus some new material from their forthcoming release Normal Service Will Be resumed. Progressive Jazz Rock Legends Colosseum will be on the road again with a new line-up consisting of original frontman Chris Farlowe, guitarist Clem Clempson and bassist Mark Clarke. Formed in 1968 by Jon Hiseman and Dick Heckstall-Smith after leaving the Graham Bond Organization and John Mayall's Bluesbreakers, Colosseumreleased their debut LP Those Are About To Die Salute You in 1969. Later the same year they became the first act to release an LP, Valentyne Suite, on the collectible Vertigo record label who went on to release records by Black Sabbath and Status Quo amongst others. Colosseum went on to release a further two LP's before splitting in 1971. Band members went on to join bands such as Humble Pie, Atomic Rooster, Greenslade and more.

After fronting the Sex Pistols, John Lydon formed post-punk originators Public Image Ltd (PiL). Widely regarded as one of the most innovative bands of all time, their music and vision earned them 5 UK Top 20 Singles and 5 UK Top 20 Albums. With a shifting line-up and unique sound - fusing rock, dance, folk, pop and dub - Lydon guided the band from their debut album ‘First Issue’ in 1978 through to 1992’s ‘That What Is Not’, before a 17 year hiatus. Lydon reactivated PiL in 2009, touring extensively and releasing two critically acclaimed albums ‘This is PiL’ in 2012 followed by ‘What The World Needs Now…’ in 2015. John Lydon, Lu Edmonds, Scott Firth and Bruce Smith continue as PiL. They are the longest stable line-up in the band's history and continue to challenge and thrive.

Marquee Square Heroes invite you to relive the moments that made marillion one of the biggest bands in the world Marillion still regularly undertake a series of shows around the UK at Christmas. Take the opportunity to transport yourself back to the very beginning of this Christmas tradition that sits slightly outside many other more traditional seasonal spectaculars. By the end of 1984, Marillion had completed their second album and toured to great acclaim with the Fugazi album. Demand to see the band was huge, and a multitude of pirated bootleg live albums began circulating amongst their fans. EMI decided to release a live "mini-album," available at a reduced price. And thus was born Real to Reel, a live album that really captures the essence and spirit of the band at that time. A few Christmas gigs were then booked, and the Real to Reel Tour was undertaken. No one could have anticipated what would happen to Marillion in 1985. The decision to release Real to Reel enabled the band to concentrate on writing the album that became the biggest-selling of their career: Misplaced Childhood. Achieving Number 1 status in the album charts, it provided massive exposure with top 5 singles chart positions for Kayleigh and Lavender, and a strong chart position for Heart of Lothian too. Kayleigh was only kept from the top of the charts by a worthy charity single. You couldn’t turn the radio on in 1985 without hearing that classic song of lost love and lost opportunities. On this tour, not only did Marillion play an exceptional set of songs from their catalogue, but they also played 17 minutes of the new album live for the first time. It blew those who witnessed it away. The Rezillos burst forth upon the rock scene in 1976, having gathered together at Edinburgh College of Art. Through a shared love of Sixties Garage Rock and the Spectoresque Girl Group glam of The Ronettes and The Shangri-Las, The Rezillosfound themselves inadvertently caught up in the Punk or New Wave movement. Their debut single, I Can't Stand My Baby, shot them to underground fame initially via airings on John Peel's radio show. Their classic singles My Baby Does Good Sculptures, Top of the Pops and Destination Venus signalled critically acclaimed milestones for the band. Their landmark album of 1978 Can't Stand the Rezillos reached the top 10 in the UK album chart. They appeared twice on the legendary Old Grey Whistle Test and hit the Top Twenty with their hit single Top of the Pops, a satirical swipe at the UK pop music show of the same name. Once the band had achieved chart success it was inevitable that they should appear on the same show! They followed up that same year with a live recording, Mission Accomplished... But the Beat Goes On, and promptly broke up to the anguish of fans and music critics alike.

The Far Meadow Returning to The 1865 for their first co-headline in three years, The Far Meadow bring their own distinctive form of fusion-inspired symphonic progressive rock, already familiar to Solent Area Prog fans after several local appearances. Founder member and keyboardist Eliot Minn's creative partnership with Keith Buckman (bass) and Denis Warren (guitar) began in 2011, after they joined to refresh a previous line-up of the band. They have since performed several headlines and festivals including A New Day Festival, Cambridge Rock Festival, Danfest, Fusion, HRH Prog, Prog the Forest, Prog for Peart, Resonance, and Summer's End, drawing on their album releases Given the Impossible (2016) and Foreign Land (2019). 2026 sees the introduction of two new members. Bringing a new voice to the storytelling, singer songwriter LuLu Ash is an established solo artist with an array of atmospheric single releases and an album A Trick of the Light (2024). Behind the drums, Aidan Marsden's percussion expertise and experience of diverse musical forms ranges across the classical repertoire, through accompanying singer-songwriters such as Gaja, to the black metal of Thing. Performing a good proportion of unreleased material, The Far Meadow will of course play some more familiar songs from their past releases. Dominic Sanderson Liverpool-based musician Dominic Sanderson places his foot firmly in the 70s prog-rock camp! With influences ranging from King Crimson, Van der Graaf Generator and Steven Wilson, through to Canterbury Scene giants Caravan and Soft Machine, Sanderson and his band bring a raw, untamed and aggressive sound! After taking his first steps into the world of progressive rock with the Discarded Memories EP (2020) and his debut album, Impermanence (2023), Sanderson and band recorded Blazing Revelations, which made its way into many 2025 end-of-year best-of lists. This album showcases an eclectic array of styles, from the symphonic approaches of From the Weeping Cradle and Lullaby for a Broken Dream to the Canterbury flavours of Faithless Folly and the acid folk of A Rite of Wrongs. Sanderson and band are a force to be reckoned with in the live arena, as exemplified by Sanderson's newest release, Live Revelations, a live album recorded at the Birmingham Symphony Hall.

Peter and the Test Tube Babies are a punk rock band that was formed in the small town of Peacehaven, England in 1978 by Del Strangefish and Peter Bywaters. Due to their humorous tongue-in-cheek lyrics, they have been considered part of the Punk Pathetique subgenre. Peter and the Test Tube Babies were first featured in Sounds magazine in July 1980, and after a John Peel Radio One session, made their vinyl debut on the Brighton compilation album Vaultage 78. They also had two songs on the seminal Oi! compilation Oi! the Album in that same year. They favoured absurd lyrics and strange titles, such as "The Queen Gives Good Blow Jobs". In 1982, they covered the chart-topping Gary Glitter hit "I'm the Leader of the Gang (I Am)" on their album Pissed and Proud.

Born out of the impenetrable divide of disco and metal, the six fearsome brothers fearlessly obliterated the truce line that had been set in the great disco/metal peace accord of 1977 when they seamlessly blended the two genres with the debut album We Rock Sweet Balls And Can Do No Wrong, which was a collection of Bee Gees songs redone in the heavy metal treatment reminiscent of Iron Maiden, Guns N' Roses and Aerosmith. Since then they have criss-crossed the globe with their spectacular live shows. Subsequent full length albums such named Humbled By Our Greatness and Death To False Disco Metal have seen them spread their glittered wings to take on non Bee Gees classics from the disco era.
