Old School Indie - The indie night for the over 30s are once again joining forces with Feeling Gloomy & Age Against The Machine to bring you a special. Feeling Gloomy & Old School Indie DJs will be playing a mix of indie classics from across the decades so whether you were an 70s punk, 80s new waver, 90s britpopper or early 00s poser they'll be something for everyone.

With a mix of well known rock, hair metal, pop-punk, grunge and nu-metal hits from across the decades so they'll be something for everyone. Come and rock out or just come and meet like-minded rockers your age.

An Afternoon of ROCK is returning to Leeds to bring you another daytime rock and metal party to all you over 30s After sold out Leeds launch in February and further sold out events in London, Sheffield, Manchester and more, we're coming to The Backroom with a mix of well known rock, glam metal, pop-punk, grunge and nu-metal hits from across the decades so they'll be something for everyone. The party will finish at 7pm so there'll be time to hit the local bars for one more Jager or you could just go home and rock out from there! For their 20th event, we go back to the roots of Leeds clubbing where it all began for so many. In this first part, local DJs revisit the early 90s when nights at Kaos, Ronson, Ark, Basics, Rickys, Hi Flyers, The Gallery, Orbit and so many more were the highlight of the week. Mark Holliday needs no introduction, he has played most of these as well as big clubs across the UK and was on the first Mixmag tour right back in the early days. Graham Dixon is another who has never stopped playing, being a favourite at Stinky's as well as virtually every club you can name, going right back to Rickys. Mark Alexander is the true original Leeds House DJ, back in the day when most of us had yet to hear of House Music, he was at places like Vicky's in Keighley, showing the small Yorkshire town what was about to be unleashed on the world. Russ Richardson is best known as one of the DJs at The Gallery and has played the Reunions as one of the residents, they may have had their last reunion but time will tell. As usual, tickets are tiered with limited numbers of early bird releases so the sooner you buy, the less you pay so get on it, you know this is gonna be a massive day/evening!
