The Skids formed in 1977 in their home town of Dunfermline, Scotland by Richard Jobson, Stuart Adamson, Bill Simpson & Tom Kellichan. After releasing an independent single the band were played by John Peel, supported The Clash in concert and then were signed to Virgin Records in 1978. Their first singles were ‘Sweet Surburbia’, ‘The Saints are Coming’ and ‘Into the Valley’ - the latter reaching the UK Top Ten in early 1979. Their seminal debut album ‘Scared to Dance’; came out in 1979 and was quickly followed by two chart singles – ‘Masquerade’ and ‘Working for the Yankee Dollar’. Both singles were taken from the Bill Nelson (Be Bop Deluxe) produced second album ‘Days in Europa’. The album also featured new member Rusty Egan of Rich Kids & Visage fame after the departure of Tom Kellichan. The band released two more albums ‘The Absolute Game’ (1980) and ‘Joy’ (1981) before splitting. Stuart Adamson went on to have worldwide success with his new band Big Country. The Skids were at the heart of the punk scene in Scotland and took their music to London where they were signed by Virgin records. They made 4 albums and had numerous hit singles including Into the Valley, The Saints are Coming, Masquerade and Working for the Yankee Dollar.

Noasis is the definitive tribute band to Manchester’s five-piece super group Oasis. Formed by die hard Oasis fans back in 2006, the band has toured extensively and has justly earned its reputation as the leader of the pack. This is more than a tribute band this is Oasis from a parallel universe. With an obsessive attention to detail the band recreates the real Oasis experience with amazing energy playing all the classic songs as if they were their own.

Foo fighters GB are a midlands based tribute band who’s goal is to provide a true-to-life reconstruction of a real Foo Fighters performance at any and every show. They pride themselves in bringing the true, authentic Foo Fighters experience to you. Over the past 6 years and a few line up changes, the sound that Foo Fighters GB produce has been constantly refined and this is reflected in the equipment that they use; Lead guitarist, Nath Peach and front man, Dan O’Connell, utilise the sounds of a Mesa Boogie and Vox AC30, teamed with Gibson Les Pauls, Explorers and a DG335 and Fender custom shop Telecasters. Bassist, Connor Croxford uses a Fender P bass along with an Ashdown Bass stack. Russ Weller, Drums, has a Gretch USA custom pink, which was custom built to match the kit Taylor Hawkins used at Glastonbury festival. He also has a Gretch USA custom Bell Brass snare and A custom Zildjian cymbals. Jim Freeman, keys, uses a Nord Electro D6. All of this plus the experience in the field, having played multiple large festivals to tens of thousands of people, mean that Foo Fighters GB provide a groundbreaking, authentic experience at any and every show.

We are please to welcome Motorheadache who are a top class and authentic tribute to the late, great Lemmy Kilmister and his band, Motörhead. Motörheadache is a three piece tribute to Lemmy's musical career with Motörhead from 1975 to 2015. Set up by lifelong Motörhead fan Rob Campbell on Rickenbacker bass and vocals, Rob captures the essence of Lemmy in voice, stage clothes and his grinding mid-range bass sound. As Lemmy Kidderminster, Rob plays a custom built Rickenbastard made my Lemmy's own luthier, which is fitted with the pickups and tuners removed from Lemmy's own Rickenbastard when it was serviced. Rob also has a custom Lemmy 'Murder One' Marshall Super Bass wired to the same specification as Lemmy's and two Marshall 4x15 cabs with 4x12 cabs either side of the stage. The line-up also features Al Leach on guitar and 'Dirty' Dave Nutter on drums with some 'dep' drummers and guitarists to help out with the busy touring schedule. Motörheadache toured the UK extensively in 2016 and embarked on its new UK & European tour on 21st January 2017 with over 60 dates in the diary including large summer festivals such as Hard Rock Hell Road Trip 2017 in Ibiza, Rocker's Reunited Lindos 2017 Festival in Greece and various biker rallys such as Pentrich Rock and Blues, Yorkshire Rock and Bike Festival and Festwich in Manchester. After some showcase gigs in O2 Academy venues in Glasgow, Newcastle and London later in the year as part of the band's The Curse Still Rings True tour, in January 2018 Motörheadache will headline at the Lemmy Dutch Memorial concert in Amsterdam The main body of the Motörheadache's set list comprises a large number of songs from Motörhead's Fast Eddie Clarke era, regarded by many Motörheadbangers as the classic era from 1975 to 1982. Songs include Ace of Spades, Bomber, Overkill, Iron Fist, The Hammer, Damage Case and the thunderous Motörhead - the last song Lemmy wrote for Hawkwind and the one that gave his new band its name. Motörheadache also play material written by Motörhead from 1983 through to 2015. From Brian Robertson's short stint in1983, to the re-launch in 1984 of Motörhead as a four piece with Wurzel and Phil Campbell on guitars and finally, the longstanding Lemmy, Phil Campbell and Mikkey Dee era from 1995 to 2015. Songs from this period include Killed by Death, In the Name of Tragedy, Sacrifice, Ramones and Burner. Motörheadache also performs Victory or Die from Motörhead's last studio outing, Bad Magic a song that Lemmy and Motörhead never got the chance to play live in the UK with the cancellation of Motörhead's 2016 UK tour. Motörheadache is proud to help keep alive the music of Motörhead by playing gigs all over the UK and Europe and invites Motörhead fans to celebrate the life and work of a rock icon and legend, Mr Lemmy Kilmister.

Mark Chadwick is an English singer, songwriter and musician, best known as the co-founding frontman and lyricist of the British band Levellers, who were once considered the most popular Indie band in Britain. The band saw their popularity culminate in their record breaking headlining act at Glastonbury Festival in 1994 when they played to a crowd of over 300,000. Besides his work with Levellers, Chadwick has also enjoyed a successful solo career.

British AOR veterans FM were formed around the trio of Steve Overland, his brother Chris, and Pete Jupp. The three initially formed the band Wildlife in 1980 and recorded Burning for Chrysalis. Their second album, Wildlife, included drummer Simon Kirke (ex-Free, Bad Company) and was produced by Mick Ralphs.

Gama Bomb formed in Newry and Dublin, Ireland, where members Philly Byrne (vocals), Domo Dixon and John Roche (guitars) and Joe McGuigan (bass and vocals) bonded over cult movies, comics and 80s thrash metal cassettes. Since forming in 2002 the band have released seven studio albums of neck-wrecking metal shot through with pop culture nods and social commentary.

Peter and the Test Tube Babies are a punk rock band that was formed in the small town of Peacehaven, England in 1978 by Del Strangefish and Peter Bywaters. Due to their humorous tongue-in-cheek lyrics, they have been considered part of the Punk Pathetique subgenre. Peter and the Test Tube Babies were first featured in Sounds magazine in July 1980, and after a John Peel Radio One session, made their vinyl debut on the Brighton compilation album Vaultage 78. They also had two songs on the seminal Oi! compilation Oi! the Album in that same year. They favoured absurd lyrics and strange titles, such as "The Queen Gives Good Blow Jobs". In 1982, they covered the chart-topping Gary Glitter hit "I'm the Leader of the Gang (I Am)" on their album Pissed and Proud.

Men Without Hats have been at the forefront of popular electronic music, creating worldwide anthems of joy and positivity that have weathered all musical styles and trends, mirroring and recounting the mysteries and challenges of the space and time.

Fronted by indiepop blonde bombshell Tracy Tracy, The Primitives emerged from the independent scene of the mid-80s that spawned The Jesus and Mary Chain, My Bloody Valentine, The Wedding Present and Primal Scream. Their sound distilled the shimmering guitar jangle of The Byrds, the buzzsaw style of The Ramones and '60s girl group melodies into two and a half minute pop gems. Regular session guests on John Peel’s radio show, with many an appearance in his Festive Fifty, their career was boosted/hindered when Morrissey named them as one of his favourite bands.

Mark Berry (Bez) was born in Bolton, the son of parents from the Norris Green district of Liverpool His father was a detective inspector Bez first came to prominence at the turn-of-the-1990’s as the maraca-wielding dancer with ‘Madchester’ giants Happy Mondays. Neither an accomplished musician nor even a very good dancer, Bez was a prime candidate for fleeting celebrity, soon to sink into ‘Where Are They Now?’ obscurity. That, however, never happened, nor does it show any sign of happening. Steve Ignorant is a singer/songwriter and artist. He co-founded the anarcho-punk band Crass with Penny Rimbaud in 1977. After Crass stopped performing in 1984, he worked with other groups including Conflict, Schwartzeneggar, Stratford Mercenaries, Current 93, and US punk band Thought Crime, as well as occasional solo performances. Steve is also a wood sculptor and volunteer on the Sea Palling Independent Lifeboat, has written his autobiography All The Rest Is Propaganda- and has worked as a traditional Punch and Judy performer using the name Professor Ignorant. Steve is now performing with his new band Slice Of Life. A far cry from the aggression of Crass, nevertheless compelling with powerful songs delivered in an acoustic style. Impossible to categorise, Slice Of Life's music is up-front and soul-baringly personal. It's a mixture of songs and spoken word that draws you in and stays with you long after the final note has been played. Debut album Love And A Lamp-post was released on Overground records in late 2014, surprising many with its honesty and change of style for Steve. A new bassist followed in early 2015, along with new songs and extensive touring all over the UK, as well as dates in Finland, and festival slots at Rebellion, Wickerman and Something Else A Bit North.

Slim Jim Phantom has secured his place as a true rock-n-roll icon. As the legendary drummer for the Stray Cats, Phantom, alongside band mates Brian Setzer and Lee Rocker, spearheaded the neo-rockabilly movement of the early 80s. Over 30 years and millions of record sales later and Slim Jim Phantom continues to inspire and excite audiences worldwide. With a sound, style and image that remain as fresh today as they ever were, Phantom has cemented his place among rock royalty. Phil is the bass player of The Polecats. In 1981 they released their debut Lp Polecats are go produced by Dave Edmunds a jewel which every fan of the band should have. They hit the Top 40 alongside the Stray Cats with their take on Bowies John Im only Dancing. Neal X is the former guitarist with Electro Glam potentates Sigue Sigue Sputnik. They had a No. 3 UK hit single with Love Missile F1-11 in 1986. He has worked as a sideman for Marc Almond since the 90s as well as forming nearly all-girl rockabilly outfit The Montecristos who released their debut album Born to Rock N Roll in 2015. Special guest support will be announced shortly.

Tragedy is an over-the-top bombast of disco, metal, glitter and magic -- the number one party band. Born out of the impenetrable divide of disco and metal, the six fearsome brothers fearlessly obliterated the truce line that had been set in the great disco/metal peace accord of 1977 when they seamlessly blended the two genres with the debut album We Rock Sweet Balls And Can Do No Wrong, which was a collection of Bee Gees songs redone in the heavy metal treatment reminiscent of Iron Maiden, Guns N' Roses and Aerosmith. Since then they have criss-crossed the globe with their spectacular live shows. Subsequent full length albums such named Humbled By Our Greatness and Death To False Disco Metal have seen them spread their glittered wings to take on non Bee Gees classics from the disco era.

The self-proclaimed "Kings of Goblin Metal," Los Angeles, California's Nekrogoblikon are melodic hard rock pranksters who deploy gnarly death metal earworms filled with crafty hooks, claw-pumping choruses, lightning-fast riffs, and over the top, EDM-style keyboard flourishes. With their ostentatious goblin hypeman John Goblikon, the band takes cues from hyperbolic horror-metal enthusiasts like GWAR, Finntroll, and Dethklok, while maintaining an affable, self-referential sense of humor. The group's early outings, like 2007's Goblin Island, were largely low-fidelity affairs, but by the early 2010s Nekrogoblikon were operating at a far higher technical level, and employing a rotating cast of talented players. Founded in 2006 by Nicky Calonne(vocals, keyboards) and Tim Lyakhovetskiy (guitar), the duo self-produced their debut album, the relatively lo-fi Goblin Island, in Lyakhovetskiy's basement. The LP was released in 2007, and an expanded lineup was quickly assembled to help flesh out the fledgling group's audacious live shows. The more technically proficient Stench arrived in 2011, and included the single "No One Survives" -- the video became a viral hit. The Power EP was issued the following year, and in 2014 the band joined Limp Bizkit, Crossfaith, and HECK on the Kerrang! Tour. In 2015 they released the concept LP Heavy Meta via their own Mystery Box label, and in 2018 Nekrogoblikon issued their fourth studio long-player, Welcome to Bonkers.

To celebrate 25 years since the release of RSH's debut album they are doing a small run of intimate shows where they will perform it in full.

The New Roses story began in 2013 in the tranquil setting of Rheingau, Germany. With the title track of their debut album Without A Trace, Timmy Rough and his band colleagues landed on the compilation of the US cult biker TV series "Sons Of Anarchy" and thus also provided the song for the "Sons Of Anarchy" DVD trailer campaign in Germany. Since then, it´s been nothing less than a steady climb to the top. The band´s played hundreds of shows in their home country and abroad, signed a worldwide deal with Napalm Records (Universal), and released another 4 albums; all of which enjoyed high chart positions. The 2019 album Nothing But Wild, with the rock radio hit "Down By The River," reached #10 in the German album charts! Musically, The New Roses are an explosive force, taking their cues from idols like Guns N'Roses, AC/DC, Kid Rock, Metallica and The Black Crowes, but doing it in a very unique way. This musical concept makes The New Roses one of the few contemporary German rock bands to play on international soil. Their tours have taken the band to the biggest festivals in Europe such as Hellfest (FR), Sweden Rock (SE), Hard Rock Hell (UK), Masters Of Rock (CZ), and Rockfest Barcelona (ES), among others, where they shared the stage with greats like Aerosmith, Alice Cooper, The Scorpions, KISS and many more.

Heavy Lungs are an alt rock band from Bristol.

Since 2011, Black Sabbitch have been selling out shows and wowing even the most difficult to please Sabbath worshipers, gaining a rabid fan base and the respect of critics, fans and musicians alike. They were hand picked by Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne to open the inaugural Ozzfiesta and by Nick Zinner of The Yeah Yeah Yeahs to headline his curated festival Bedrocktoberfest. In 2018 Black Sabbitch were picked by legendary street artist Shepard Fairey to play the opening of his Black Sabbath retrospective, Never Say Die and by Dave Grohl to play Cal Jam with Foo Fighters and Iggy Pop, after which the FooFighters shared photos of Black Sabbitch saying "we were spellbound". Electroclash superstar Peaches recently sat in as lead vocalist with Black Sabbitch for a special two night run in Los Angeles. The LA Weekly recently said of Black Sabbitch. "Finally Black Sabbitch took the stage and pretty much melted everyones' faces. The all-female Black Sabbath... were not only talented nailing every note of the legendary group's familiar repertoire but were captivating to an almost distracting level. Looking up at them from the crowd (which had erupted into a mosh pit...) I couldn't help but wonder what these women's stories were.

“Can you hear the sound of an enormous door slamming in the depths of hell…?”Not only is this the chilling description given of a nuclear detonation during one of the sound-bite samples on the first Discharge album, but it’s also a perfect description of the Stoke, UK-based punk band that turned the world of underground music on its head with their primal bursts of uncompromising speed and aggression. Formed in the late Seventies Discharge changed the face of punk – and indeed extreme music itself – with their stunning ‘Realities Of War’ EP, a four-song outpouring of pure intensity that boiled punk down to its basic components of rage, frustration and violent rebellion. Discharge stumbled upon a sound that was so ugly, it was beautiful; so horrifying, it was irresistible – and it ushered in a whole new wave of gnarlier, nastier UK punk, and ultimately paved the way for hardcore and thrash.

Uncover Music presents Parliamo Parliamo are Jack Dailly (vocals), Finn Freeburn Morrison (guitar), Finlay Mcelnea (Bass), Fraser Nicholson (guitar), Mairi Sutherland (guitar, vocals), and Andrew Haxton (drums). Bringing together witty social commentary with a distinctive songwriting approach that is very much their own, Parliamo are one of Scotlands most exciting young prospects. Releasing their debut EP The Parliamo Manifesto in 2021, it saw the band employ a tongue-in-cheek approach to some of the darker aspects of life faced by young people and marked them out as a major emerging talent to watch. Turning heads with their self-proclaimed brand of underground pop, the band have since attracted praise from the likes of Clash Magazine, BBC 6 Music, BBC Radio 1, Radio Scotland, Radio X, KEXP and more.

Making a name for themselves on stage, Spyres supporting credentials include The Jesus And Mary Chain, Nothing But Thieves, NewDad & Sundara Karma to name a few. Spyres have an exciting young energy about them, mixing feisty and fiery guitars and choruses, with melodic riffs and choruses.

Bilk are three musicians creating a unique angsty blend of indie, rap and punk from the suburbs of Essex. The brainchild of frontman Sol Abrahams, completed by bassist Luke Hare and drummer Harry Gray, their honest social commentary is as real as it gets, reflecting on the highs and lows of British youth culture today.

A British alternative rock outfit from Bradford-on-Avon in Wiltshire, Jesus Jones' kinetic mix of samples, pop, dance, and techno resulted in one huge international hit single, "Right Here, Right Now." Known for their strong melodies and hooks, and for meshing club overtones with traditional rock guitar, the group, alongside contemporaries like EMF, the Shamen, and Pop Will Eat Itself, helped shape the '90s alternative rock scene by showing that sample-driven dance music could comfortably fit into pop music. While their popularity faded in the early 2000s, they continued to perform and record, albeit sporadically, with their sixth studio long-player, Passages, arriving in 2018 after a lengthy hiatus.

In support of his upcoming single, My Kinda Girl, Scott Lavene has announced an 11 date UK tour throughout September. My Kinda Girl is the third in a series of singles put out this year that will pave the way for his forthcoming debut album in 2019. Born in Essex, Scott Lavene was raised on power ballads, punk and swearing. In bands since his teens, Scott travelled about, scratching out a living with deadbeat jobs trying to find something to cling to. After couple of years in France and a brief stint in New York, including a playing at the infamous CBGB's Scott returned to London and came close to a major label deal with his sordid songs. Instead Scott disappeared on a rusty old boat, a floating shed, for five years. Hiding from the world. Broke and bemused. Solitude and lonely debauchery. After five years of this Scott went kaput, so spent some time in a house for the bewildered where he emerged full of life and songs. A self released album in a band called Big Top Heartbreak led to being signed to Funnel Music as a solo artist. The first single, 'It's All Gonna Blow' has been played by Steve Lamacq on his BBC 6Music show and Scott had a residency at the Brighton Fringe as well as a sell out show at Crofters Rights in Bristol for the 7inch vinyl release show.

SNAYX were formed from a mosh pit. Sure, the Brighton & Sheffield based trio have been in other bands before, dabbling in everything from indie rock to ska, but those groups never incited the communal carnage that Charlie Herridge, Ollie Horner and Lainey Loops crave. So they formed SNAYX, originally a two-piece, now a three. For a good chunk of time though, SNAYX was more of an idea than an actual band since the pair were too busy going to as many gigs as possible, rather than working on things like songs. They’d talk about SNAYX to anyone who would listen though, hungry to be part of the scene. And then in the smoking area of a Brighton venue, Hastings punks Kid Kapichi invited them to open for them. Of course, SNAYX said yes, despite the fact they didn’t have a finished song between them. That changed over a frantic few days, where all of those conversations about ethos, influence and intention quickly turned into a furious 30-minutes of music. The gig went better than it had any right to, and SNAYX were born. A series of support slots followed, alongside a very DIY headline tour. “That’s when everything clicked into place,” says Charlie. “Onstage we really understood what it was, and what it could be.”

Making her stage debut in April 2019 and selling out her first headline show at London’s prestigious Southbank Centre over a year later, A.A. Williams has hit the ground running. Similarly, the acclaim for her performances and her music has been unanimous from the start. After one self-titled EP and the 10” vinyl collaboration Exit in Darkness with Japanese post-rockers MONO, the London-based singer-songwriter has signed to Bella Union and made a stunning debut album, Forever Blue. A rapturous blend of post-rock and post-classical, Forever Blue smoulders with uncoiling melodies and haunted atmospheres, shifting from serenity to explosive drama, often within the same song. Williams is a fantastic musician as well as songwriter, playing the guitar, cello and piano, and her voice has the controlled delivery of a seasoned chanteuse whilst still channelling the rawest of emotions.
