Coming straight out of Newport The GLC are officially Britain’s biggest rap group. Known for classics like “Guns don’t kill people rappers do”, The GLC started almost by accident around the turn of the century with Eggsy’s impromptu rap about his tracksuit over a serious piece of music Rhys was working on in the studio. Adam Hussain, Billy Webb, Mystkal, the Maggot, 2hats and Mike Balls convinced Rhys to record the rap. Fuelled by Lambrini, fags, Chicken Tikka Massala and weed they all took to the mic and The GLC’s first album “Don’t Blame the Chain” was born. And so it began, the journey which has so far seen The GLC rise to the top of the charts, perform around the world and at every major festival in the Western Hemisphere and make millions of people laugh along the way. Now many years since that first rap about Eggsy’s tracksuit, the boys are still keeping it real in the rap game and hold the title of the most successful UK rap act ever. Haircut 100 was formed by Nick Heyward, Les Nemes and Graham Jones after moving to London in 1980. It didn't take long for them to make waves in what would be a crowded decade for British new wave; their 1982 debut Pelican West peaked at No.2 on the UK Albums Chart and with playful and dynamic tunes including 'Favourite Shirt (Boy Meets Girl)', 'Favourite Day' and 'Love Plus One', remains on the 80s most memorable records.

Don Broco’s roots go back to the late 2000s when vocalist Rob Damiani, guitarist Simon Delaney, drummer Matt Donnelly and bassist Luke Rayner were attending Bedford Modern School together. After secondary school, they went on hiatus to attend university, but made a pact to return to playing post-graduation. Between 2009 and 2011, Don Broco performed at several UK festivals including Camden Crawl, Underage, Download, Sonisphere, Slam Dunk and Reading & Leeds. Although Rayner departed the band in 2012, they released their debut album Priorities that year and it broke into the UK top 40 singles chart. Tom Doyle also joined the group around that time as the new bassist. The standalone song You Wanna Know came out in 2013 and topped the UK rock singles chart. Don Broco scored their first UK top 10 album with Automatic, which came out in 2015 and reached the No.6 spot. It also helped them land a support slot on Bring Me The Horizon’s 2016 UK tour. Known for mixing massive hooks with brilliant melodies and clever, observational lyrics, by this time Don Broco’s sound had grown to encompass elements of funk, dance and new wave.

Besides all the sadness and strangeness The Lathums have experienced together, their relatively short time as a band led to some pretty wild things. A number one album in How Beautiful Life Can Be, for starters. Honesty, hope & heartbreak feature in the poetry-laced music of The Lathums. Everything sung from the heart, four young men from an overlooked town in England’s north gathered as teenagers without ego or expectation and set about changing the lives of the people that gathered round them.

From the Jam features Bruce Foxton from the original Jam line up. He also spent 15 years playing bass with Stiff Little Fingers. Bruce is joined by Russell Hastings on lead vocal and guitar. From The Jam have gained a reputation for the kind of incendiary ‘live’ performances that sealed the reputation of The Jam all those years ago.
