Tom McRae

Tom McRae

2 Oct 2026 - 1 Nov 2026

British singer-songwriter Tom Mcrae, along with his regular touring musicians ‘The Standing Band’, has been quietly moving up the ranks of the most respected songwriters in the world today after releasing 7 critically acclaimed studio albums over the last 15 years and writing for a variety of artists and singers. Mcrae’s eponymous debut album in 2000 was nominated for a The Mercury Prize, a Q Magazine Award, and a Brit, and the subsequent two years of touring cemented his reputation as one the most entertaining and powerful artists touring today. Mcrae’s second album, Just Like Blood, released to wide acclaim, with every track being licensed for TV and film use, his style of music fitting perfectly the darker output of LA’s film studios. Since then, Essex-born Mcrae has released five more albums, relocated internationally three times and set up his own label Buzztree Studios in Cornwall- and there’s no sign that he’s going to be slowing down anytime soon. Mcrae and his tour mates, The Standing Band, a collection of incredible musicians and loyal friends, released their latest record ‘Did I Sleep and Miss The Boarder’ this Autumn. The album and its accompanying tour have further added to the cult that is rapidly springing up around this talented and dedicated artist and his ragtag band. For an artist working in a genre often considered by the music press to be ‘sensitive and self-indulgent’, Mcrae possesses the talent to blow the roof off a venue with his passionate performances, as well as the innate ability forge a strong humorous bond with his audience.

ORB + Support

ORB + Support

7 Jul 2026 - 7 Jul 2026

ORB are a heavy-psych power-trio from Geelong, Australia, blending doom-laden riffs, fuzzed-out proto-metal and cosmic groove. Featuring members Zak Olsen, Daff Gravolin and John Zacharias, the band grew from informal jams into one of Australia’s most distinctive underground psychedelic rock acts. They debuted with the Womb cassette (2015) before breaking through with Birth (2016) and Naturality (2017), records that showcased their signature mix of Sabbath-weight, psychedelic sprawl and off-kilter melody. After a quiet spell, ORB returned with Tailem Bend (2024), expanding their palette into sun-baked psych-pop and funk-leaning rhythms. 2025 saw the band self-release their first single with new drummer John Zacharius. "Mind Over Matter /End Times" is a catchy number which finds the band leaning into their early 60s rhythm & blues influences. With the single debuting on Seattle's KEXP radio, the band was then invited on to play a live set to kick off their 2025 US tour. Live, ORB operate as a raw, improvisational power-trio - loud, hypnotic and heavy without pretension. With one foot in classic hard-rock and another in the outer reaches of psych experimentation, ORB continue to evolve while staying unmistakably themselves. Presented by Acid Box. This is an 18+ event

Uncle Lucius

Uncle Lucius

30 Aug 2026 - 1 Sept 2026

Southern rock for the thinking man. Hailing from Austin, Texas, Uncle Lucius are a band whose rootsy blend of classic rock, blues, soul, and country flavours has won them a loyal fan following. From there first beginning the band was soon playing for packed houses at Austin venues like the Saxon Pub, Threadgill's, and Antone's. In 2006, Uncle Lucius unveiled their first album, a self-released effort titled 'Something They Ain't', and the group supported the release with steady regional touring. The second album, 2009's 'Pick Your Head Up' marked the start of a three-year run of tour dates that took Uncle Lucius across the continent. A self released album hailed for bringing rock and roll back to its heyday sound. Their third studio album, 2012's And You Are Me, now signed to a major label found them stretching their musicianship and reeling in eleven songs that punch with a fullness reminiscent of The Doors to early Black Crowes to the current new blues sound of The Black Keys. The Light, released June, 2015 on Boo Clap/Thirty Tigers celebrates the bands independence from a major label with a highly-anticipated fourth album,. Most bands celebrate a long-awaited record deal. Uncle Lucius saved the champagne for when they got out of theirs. 'The Light' places the band in unfamiliar sonic territory, and much credit belongs to producer George Reiff (Ray Wylie Hubbard, the Band of Heathens) for testing their limits. Certainly there's risk involved when a band decides to go its own way. Freedom carries with it the weight of responsibility after all, however the fact Uncle Lucius seems destined for a broader audience should come as no surprise, for music that comes from the heart and speaks to the soul.

Cootie Catcher

Cootie Catcher

1 Nov 2026 - 9 Nov 2026

There’s an alternate reality where everyone makes a living wage and the cleanest buses you’ve ever seen arrive every other minute. Where the most intense songs are about confessing your love to a crush at the apple orchard, and where gentle feelings and chaotic energy are inseparable best friends. This is the timeline where cootie catcher is right at home. This Toronto based four-piece exudes both vulnerability and unbridled excitement, creating a sound that hypercharges the open-hearted tenderness of twee pop with spiraling synths and giddy electronics. Their new album Something We All Got is the clearest and most vibrant reading of cootie catcher’s vision yet, with songs of sweetness, nervousness, and expectancy that beam out unguarded. After releasing music made primarily in basements, Something We All Got is the band’s first flirtation with studio recording. The edges are still sharp, however, with some parts assembled from time-honored lo-fi methods and fun, personally-sourced samples seeping into the production. The sound is explosive and upbeat, with euphoric guitars, bubbly synth lines, speedy live and programmed drums, and all other manner of sound constantly colliding. cootie catcher has three songwriters-Sophia Chavez (vocals, synths), Anita Fowl (vocals, bass), and Nolan Jakupovski (vocals, guitar)-all of whom have distinctive voices but manage to overlap in their writing on shared concerns like navigating the lines of romantic and platonic relationships, their city’s social scenes, and struggles in both the microcosmic experience of playing in a band and the zoomed-out challenges of living through late-stage capitalism. Joy still touches every surface of Something We All Got. “Quarter Note Rock” bounces around the room in a fit of jangling guitar chords, scratched samples, and interplay between breakbeat loops and somersaulting live drums. It’s a blast of positivity despite lyrics about how disappointing it can be to meet your heroes. A smiling electro pop instrumental supports having to step painfully away from an almost realized love on “Gingham Dress,” a song that subverts themes of domesticity as a backdrop for the dashed wilt of hopeless devotion. The ‘non-confrontational anthem’ “Puzzle Pop” cascades and soars through an examination of needing to ask more from others before concluding in a swirl of samples. Cootie Catcher rolls down hills and jumps through flaming hoops throughout Something We All Got without ever muting the visceral emotions that drive these songs. There’s a palpable tension between the band’s exhilarating sonics and the raw, often uneasy sentiments expressed, but it’s an integral part of what makes them unique. Rather than hide, cootie catcher is instead fearlessly direct, running full-speed toward every confusion and excitement, and embracing the reality they’re in. Presented by FORM.

Skating Polly

5 Oct 2026 - 21 Oct 2026

There’s a difficult to describe, yet timeless quality to certain songs that transcends genre or era. It’s something that you can’t fake or contrive and it’s what lies at the core of Skating Polly’s music. Admittedly the female-driven alternative acts that inspired the band such as Veruca Salt, X, The Breeders, L7 and Babes In Toyland (the later of whom Skating Polly toured with in Europe) aren’t typical reference points for most of today’s up-and-coming bands, but maybe they should be.

Their sound celebrates the ancient Gaelic and West African rhythms that influenced reggae, which in turn, via sound system culture and dub's pioneering remixes, produced modern dance music. Their live shows and recordings are a seamless, pulsating fusion of all this and more.

Henry Webb-Jenkins + Birds Flying Backwards
Henry Webb-Jenkins One of the most exciting rising voices in alternative country music, Henry Webb-Jenkins is a songwriter and multi-instrumentalist (pedal steel, banjo, guitar) hailing from North London. Drawing influence from the cosmic Americana of Gram Parsons and the Flying Burrito Brothers to the good old rock ‘n’ roll of the Rolling Stones, Henry and his band blend heartfelt lyricism with lush instrumentation and rich Americana-tinged textures, paying homage to the country genre without being confined by it. Henry's new EP, HANK, is out this summer. Birds Flying Backwards Birds Flying Backwards are a London-based six-piece formed by friends and family of principal songwriter JR Sanders. Their sound is eclectic, shifting from alt-folk to droning psychedelia and left-field spiritual jazz. Following the release of Surrender to The Void, 2025 saw them exploring a more folk-oriented direction, all while further solidifying their reputation as the ‘purveyors of nostalgic, yet timeless rock reverie’ (Atwood Magazine).

Blood Wizard

Blood Wizard

30 Sept 2026 - 10 Oct 2026

With a fascination for dissonant chords and jolting rhythms, the music of Blood Wizard provides a space for Cai Burns to express a side to their writing unrestricted by the pressures of genre. Having grown up surrounding themselves with punk and metal, it was not until Burns began collaborating with others that they found themselves falling more and more in love with the world of folk. And this was a love cemented when he stumbled upon the works of Bert Jansch. “I’m not sure how I first stumbled upon Jansch, but I was blown away by him. I was never taught how to play guitar so my technique is pretty sketchy and hearing the liveliness and clunkiness of his playing really spoke to me. I saw him as my bridge into playing folk guitar.” And whilst Jansch acted as an entry point into the world of folk, it was the persona of Blood Wizard that proved to be the biggest gateway for Burns. Under the guise of the mystical cloaks and robes of the wizard, Burns had found a home for his experimentation. Floating between both the subcultures he was raised within and the ones he presently found himself wanting to explore, Blood Wizard sits between the worlds of art, punk and folk. Influenced by the likes of Cate Le Bon and Arthur Russel, Blood Wizard was born out of a fascination with folk-lore and a desire to challenge their creative limits as a writer.

DBA!

DBA!

30 Sept 2026 - 4 Oct 2026

DBA! emerged from the gritty underbelly of Liverpool's music scene in early 2024. A band of misfits and odd parts that somehow crashed together and clicked into place. DBA! was birthed in a DIY demo studio tucked into the literal basement drain of a Liverpool nightclub. The damp and unorthodox space - rented in defiance of skeptical glances from peers - became a safe space where late night sessions gave way to the creation of their sound, blending 90s alternative rock, garage rock and indie, drawing from bands such as Eels, Pavement, The Breeders, Elastica and Beck. The name DBA! itself is a statement of intent, best left unravelled. It encapsulates an ethos: unpolished, introspective and weird. From their subterranean origins, the band wasted no time propelling themselves out into the open. Recording with engineer Sophie Ellis - a serendipitous collaboration after years of near-misses - the band honed a guitar driven sound laced with vivid & brooding lyricism. Their debut single 'sinkorswim' was released late 2024, achieving some extensive support from BBC Radio 6 tastemakers, such as Huw Stephens, Craig Charles & Emily Pilbeam where the track was made BBC introducing track of the week & achieved an 8/10 score on the roundtable show, with particular high praise from Abbie McCarthy. Their follow up 2 singles were met with strong radio support, including premieres on Huw Stephens' show and support from Tom Ravenscroft and John Kennedy, and even a spin of their track "D.P.D." from an all time hero of the band, Iggy Pop. The band's debut EP released in April 25 and was met with praise from outlets such as DORK magazine, who made the band the cover of their HYPE playlist, and awarded the EP a 4/5 star review. Other early press buzz came from outlets such as DIY, So Young, Rough Trade, Indie Is Not a Genre and Backseat Mafia where their unique chemistry and raw temperament was hailed. Live, the band started a the year playing more intimate shows across the UK, building up to a run of more prestigious slots in the past few months - supporting bands such as White Denim & Being Dead, headlining a packed Supersonic club show in Paris and joining the line up for Left of the Dial festival in Rotterdam. With more tours and releases on the horizon, DBA!'s story is just beginning to unravel.

Rikas

Rikas

28 Oct 2026 - 3 Nov 2026

Rikas, a group of childhood friends, have been in forward motion with each other for 10 years. At their upcoming Europe spanning tour Dog Days Rikas want to celebrate the spirit of their early days, playing selected venues that played an important role on their journey. Dog Days are the hot days of the year and Rikas are named after one of the band members family dog - reason enough to embrace that mission. All started with their 2018 debut EP Swabian Samba. The following years Rikas have built a loyal following around their brisk, easygoing harmonies, anthemic choruses, and egalitarian style, where every member contributes equally to songwriting and shares the spotlight both in the studio and on stage. Following their warm and inviting 2019 debut album, Showtime, and two interim EPs (2021s Short Stories and 2022s Goodbye Sunshine), Rikas became a live phenomenon in Germany and word started spreading across the borders. Their second album Soundtrack For A Movie That Has Not Been Written Yet led them to first sold out headline shows from London, Lisbon Amsterdam to Paris. In 2026 Rikas are ready to bring their shows to their ever growing fanbase all around the globe.

Swapmeet

Swapmeet

6 Nov 2026 - 6 Nov 2026

Swapmeet is a 4 - piece band from South Australia composed of Venus O ’ Broin (guitar, vocals), Joshua Doherty (bass), Maxwell Elphick (guitar, drums, vocals), and Jack Medlyn (guitar, drums, vocals). Having recently caught the ear of American indie label Winspear, the band is readying their debut album and offering a taste of the new material with “ I Know! ”, a cathartic and buoyant debut single for their new label home. Revved up with gleaming, fuzzy guitars and energetic percussion, the new track blurs jangle pop, shoegaze, and alt-rock with tongue-in-cheek precision. The group met as teenagers in the early 2020s while playing in various projects around the Adelaide music scene and bonded over their love of 90s alternative. They soon started writing music together and released their debut single in late 2023 and quickly returned with their debut EP, Oxalis, in mid - 2024. Now, the band has started moving out of local pub gigs and into big venues, opening for international touring artists across the whole of Australia, an d recently won the Emerging Artist & Best Performance award at SXSW Sydney for their charismatic live show. Tchotchke

Tchotchke

30 Sept 2026 - 11 Oct 2026

Like Pop Rocks hitting the tongue, New York’s Tchotchke is classic candy-coated rock’n’roll. Sweet on the outside but filled with surprises once properly ingested, the three-piece have been winning over audiences with their Rundgren-tinged sound and masterful harmonies since 2021. Anastasia Sanchez (vocals, drums) and Eva Chambers (bass, keys, vocals) met in the mirror of an L.A. highschool locker room in 2014-they were both fixing their bangs. A deep musical friendship was quickly formed, forged on a shared love of everything from vintage dolls to the Beach Boys, and resulting in a handful of bands together. Several years passed before fellow L.A. musician Emily Tooraen (guitar, vocals) entered Anastasia and Eva’s orbit and everything finally clicked. Tchotchke was born. A move to the East Coast followed, and the band started working on their first album, produced by power-pop wunderkinds the Lemon Twigs in their Long Island childhood home. Tchotchke (2022) was a full-tilt rock'n'roll gem of catchy guitar riffs, powerpop piano lines and hook-heavy vocals. Tours with King Tuff, Broncho, The Gossip and The Makeup followed, and the band found themselves crossing the U.S. and Europe throughout 2023 and 2024. Presented by JOY.. This is an 18+ event

Asher White

Asher White

4 Nov 2026 - 4 Nov 2026

Asher White’s music is a complex and heartfelt reaction to the churn of our modern world. With tender intimacy and resounding anxiety, White takes a wide view through the lens of her own queer sexual politics and transgender identity; what does it mean to renew, to progress, to transform? What is lost, gained, or irreversibly altered? At 22 years old, White has developed a massive self-released discography: over a dozen albums since 2015, each one started the moment the last one was finished. New Excellent Woman is a distillation of these experiments and discoveries, a new achievement in songwriting that stands astride the cracks in the earth and lopsided ground. Songs jump between styles like a pubescent sex drive, all locked together by White’s ability to pull melody out of chaos. Presented by JOY. 18+

60 Juno

60 Juno

16 Nov 2026 - 16 Nov 2026

Emerging from Merced, California, 60juno leads the Central Valley’s post-punk scene with feelings of heavy nostalgia through deep, dreamy melodies. Inspired by the 2016 surge of Southern California’s DIY indie-rock community in conjunction with the synchronous SoundCloud era of underground rap, 60juno came to life in the isolated bedroom of a lonely teen stuck in 2020 quarantine. Upon realizing that creating his own music wasn’t as far out of reach as he once thought, the independent musician became the driving force behind the bass, drums, guitar and vocals that can be heard on each of his tracks. 60juno takes the usual wistful, dreamy aspect of DIY indie-rock a step further into post-punk territory with heightened energy and rough, low vocals thrown on top. This merge has resulted in a blend of his own creation that sets him apart as he continues to establish a notable sound worth remembering. Presented by JOY.. This is an 18+ event
