Miki Berenyi Trio are Miki Berenyi on vocals/guitar (Lush), Kevin ‘Moose’ McKillop on guitar (Moose) and Oliver Cherer (Gilroy Mere, Aircooled). The three musicians first worked together during Piroshka’s 2021 tour. Miki and Kevin being founder members, Oliver coming in on bass to replace Mick Conroy (Modern English) who had moved to the US. When the global pandemic made touring impossible, Miki spent the lockdown months writing her memoir, Fingers Crossed, released in 2022 to widespread acclaim. To provide some musical accompaniment for the string of book events and signings, Miki Berenyi Trio was formed.

The three sisters can't recall when or why they started playing, the music’s always just been there. In their late teens, the sisters joined forces with their dad, who for decades was a one man band playing old blues and country tunes for a living. This foundation of classic "roots music and Americana" settled in their hearts, but also awoke the urge of breaking the rules of traditional music. Baskery is a band built on what three people can do together and it's all about turning the music on its head, blending the straightforwardness of punk with the subtlety of singer/ songwriting. The first album, "Fall Among Thieves" (2008) was recorded in Stockholm, co-produced by Lasse Mårtén (Pink, 'Peter, Bjorn and John', Kelly Clarkson, Lykke Li, Primal Scream ). "New Friends" (2011) the follow up, the band referred to it as the "gypsy album" since it was mainly tracked on the road in various hotel rooms and band apartments, then mixed in Berlin by Blackpete (Depeche Mode, Joe Jackson, Peter Fox). As a contrast to the first two albums which took several months to make, the third one "Little Wild Life" (2013) was recorded during ten days in an old dance studio converted to a studio in former east Berlin, co-produced by Matt Wignall (Cold War Kids, J. Roddy Walston, Wargirl). All three albums received great acclaim by the press and are released in numerous countries. The releases in combination with relentless touring have given the band a reputation as one of the music scene's most noticeable live acts.

earthtone9 are rightly hailed by those who know as one of the most forward-thinking, clever, musically wise and creatively smart in the history of British metal. Emerging in the late ‘90s as nu-metal was beginning to surge, their more nuanced palette and intelligent approach saw them hailed as something special and excitingly against the grain from the very beginning. Making an album a year between 1998 and 2000 – beginning with their expertly crafted Lo-def(inition) Discord debut, and culminating in 2000’s staggering Arc’tan’gent – it was a workrate as intense as the music was uniformly brilliant. After splitting in 2002 the band made a surprise return in 2013 with the crowdfunded album, IV. Following this they made only occasional appearances in the live arena (including at the ArcTanGent Festival, which purloined its name from their third album!), before once again seeming to disappear on hiatus. Now, 11 years on from their last record, they present In Resonance Nexus, a thrilling work of brains and muscle that not only stokes a fire, but sees the band's core members – vocalist Karl Middleton and guitarists Owen Packard and Joe Roberts – rediscovering and reconnecting with what makes them so special. In Resonance Nexus is the heaviest, fiercest, most heightened record they have ever made; a startling combination of almost feral intensity and the latter-day songwriting chops they displayed on the IV album. Formed in early 2021, The Guest List, led by Cai Alty and comprising Angus Gilchrist, Sid Wallace, Leio Hunter, and Tom Quigley, quickly rose to prominence in the Manchester music scene. Their self-titled debut EP, released in December 2022, showcased their melodic guitar riffs and relatable lyrics. In a short span, the band grew a social media following of over 400,000 people and nearly 8 million TikTok likes, demonstrating their widespread appeal.

Brigitte Calls Me Baby is a pop-rock band from Chicago, founded by Wes Leavins in 2021. The band is known for its blend of mid-century pop and indie-rock, with a focus on Leavins' distinctive vocal style. They have released an EP, This House Is Made of Corners, produced by Dave Cobb, and a debut album, The Future Is Our Way Out.

The Burning Hell is the alter-ego of Canadian songwriter Mathias Kom, and the band has been on the road in one form or another since 2007, playing everywhere from festivals like Glastonbury and Dawson City to bars, living rooms, abandoned bunkers, and a mental asylum in rural France. Musically, The Burning Hell runs the gamut from introspective folk to hyperactive rock and roll, and so the band can adapt to its surroundings like a karma of anthropomorphic chameleons, taking the audience on a supermarket-cart ride through hooky, upbeat pop songs, dark ballads about pet euthanasia, and anthems for barbarians, economic conferences, and love.

Jack Botts is breath of fresh air out of the Northern Rivers of NSW, creating a brand of surf folk drenched in depth and substance. The release of his debut EP ‘Summer Nights’ showcases this in droves, with each of the 4-tracks taking you on a journey through all the feelings garnered from those moments spent under the warm cover of darkness. One thing you won't be able to avoid on Bambara's Stray is death. It's everywhere and inescapable, abstract and personified - perhaps the key to the whole record. Death, however, won't be the first thing that strikes you about the group's fourth - and greatest - album to date. That instead will be its pulverising soundscape; by turns, vast, atmospheric, cool, broiling and at times - on stand out tracks like 'Sing Me To The Street' and 'Serafina' - simply overwhelming Bambara - twin brothers Reid and Blaze Bateh, singer/guitarist and drummer respectively, and bassist William Brookshire - have been evolving their midnight-black noise into something more subtle and expansive ever since the release of their 2013 debut Dreamviolence. That process greatly accelerated on 2018's Shadow On Everything, their first on New York's Wharf Cat Records and a huge stride forward for the band both lyrically and sonically. The album was rapturously received by the press, listeners and their peers. NPR called it a 'mesmerising...western, gothic opus,' Bandcamp called the "horror-house rampage" "one of the year's most gripping listens," and Alexis Marshall of Daughters named it his 'favorite record of 2018.' Shadow also garnered much acclaim on the other side of the Atlantic. Influential British 6Music DJ Steve Lamacq, dubbed them the best band of 2019's SXSW, and Joe Talbot of the UK band IDLES said, "The best thing I heard last year was easily Bambara and their album Shadow On Everything." The question was, though, how to follow it? To start, the band did what they always do: they locked themselves in their windowless Brooklyn basement to write. Decisions were made early on to try and experiment with new instrumentation and song structures, even if the resulting compositions would force the band to adapt their storied live set, known for its tenacity and technical prowess. Throughout the songwriting process, the band pulled from their deep well of creative references, drawing on the likes of Leonard Cohen, Ennio Morricone, Sade, classic French noir L'Ascenseur Pour L'Echafraud, as well as Southern Gothic stalwarts Flannery O'Connor and Harry Crews. Once the building blocks were set in place, they met with producer Drew Vandenberg, who mixed Shadow On Everything, in Athens, GA to record the foundation of Stray. After recruiting friends Adam Markiewicz (The Dreebs) on violin, Sean Smith (Klavenauts) on trumpet and a crucial blend of backing vocals by Drew Citron (Public Practice) and Anina Ivry-Block (Palberta), Bambara convened in a remote cabin in rural Georgia, where Reid laid down his vocals. The finished product represents both the band's most experimental and accessible work to date. The addition of Citron and Ivory-Block's vocals create a hauntingly beautiful contrast to Bateh's commanding baritone on tracks like 'Sing Me to the Street', 'Death Croons' and 'Stay Cruel," while the Dick Dale inspired guitar riffs on 'Serafina' and "Heat Lightning" and the call-and-response choruses throughout the album showcase Bambara's ability to write songs that immediately demand repeat listens. While the music itself is evocative and propulsive, a fever dream all of its own, the lyrical content pushes the record even further into its own darkly thrilling realm. If the songs on Shadow On Everything were like chapters in a novel, then this time they're short stories. Short stories connected by death and its effect on the characters in contact with it. 'Death is what you make it' runs a lyric in 'Sweat,' a line which may very well be the thread that ties these stories together. But it would be wrong to characterize Stray as simply the sound of the graveyard. Light frequently streams through and, whether refracted through the love and longing found on songs like 'Made for Me' or the fantastical nihilism on display in tracks like the anthemic 'Serafina,' reveals this album to be the monumental step forward that it is. Here Bambara sound like they've locked into what they were always destined to achieve, and the effect is nothing short of electrifying.

Born of the voices of past lives and baptized in the dust bowl dirt, the Gothic Americana music of the Heathen Apostles (Mather Louth \[Radio Noir\], Chopper Franklin \[The Cramps, Nick Curran & the Lowlifes\], Thomas Lorioux \[Kings of Nuthin’\] and Luis Mascaro) harkens back to a bygone chapter of American history. Using contrasting influences such as Bauhaus, Nick Cave & the Bad Seeds and The Pogues along with Howlin’ Wolf, Loretta Lynn (the band covers her classic Fist City) and Bessie Smith, the Heathen Apostles have created a style of music that at once conjures both angels and demons, and will enlighten a darkened soul. Gothic Americana is a genre that is fast taking hold around the world, in that it combines the sub-genres of gothic country & bluegrass, dark blues, murderfolk and depression-era jazz. The Heathen Apostles are amongst the first to inject all four into their incendiary music. This is an 18+ event

Softcult is sisters Mercedes (guitar/vocals) and Phoenix (drums/vocals/production) Arn-Horn. The band began dropping single tracks in early 2021, and released their first EP, Year of the Rat that same year.

Since forming in 2011, when its band members were only in high school, the Philadelphia-based quintet-composed of vocalist Collin Walsh, guitarist/vocalist Dallas Molster, guitarist Andrew Kyne, bassist Nick Ventimiglia and drummer Nick Veno-has emerged quickly from the Philadelphia punk scene, establishing a solid fan base and sharing stages with the likes of The Maine, State Champs, Real Friends, Four Year Strong, Neck Deep, Trophy Eyes, and more. Working with producer Kyle Black (State Champs, Handguns, Hit The Lights) for their Fearless Records debut album, Adornment, Grayscale had honed their talent of constructing strong hooks, relatable lyrics and catchy riffs, all the while coming into their own distinguished sound. Through their unbarred emotion and unique blend of alternative rock and punk roots, Adornment, saw the band expand their sonic palette, further illuminating their skill of creating well-narrated stories paired with palpable emotion that urges listeners to dive in and craft their own narratives.

Based out of the tenacious and musically rich blue-collar city of Flint, Michigan, King 810 specialise in effusive slabs of nu-metal-infused modern hard rock with elements of hip-hop and dark jazz. Emerging in the early 2010s, the band inked a deal with Roadrunner ahead of the arrival of their Billboard-charting sophomore effort, 2014's hard-hitting Memoirs of a Murderer. They went the independent route for 2020's apocalyptic AK Concerto No. 47, 11th Movement in G Major.

Low Island are instinctive shape-shifters, darting between uplifting electronica and intimate ballads. It was a step that was both deliberate and natural: ‘there was a euphoria we didn’t always get from indie gigs, but a connection to songs and musicians we felt was missing from club nights. Born Bartees Leon Cox Jr. in Ipswich, England to a military father and opera-singer mother Bartees had a peripatetic early childhood before eventually settling in Mustang, Oklahoma. Later, Bartees cut his teeth playing in hardcore bands in Washington D.C. and Brooklyn whilst working in the Barack Obama administration and (eventually) the environmental movement.

The New Roses story began in 2013 in the tranquil setting of Rheingau, Germany. With the title track of their debut album Without A Trace, Timmy Rough and his band colleagues landed on the compilation of the US cult biker TV series "Sons Of Anarchy" and thus also provided the song for the "Sons Of Anarchy" DVD trailer campaign in Germany. Since then, it´s been nothing less than a steady climb to the top. The band´s played hundreds of shows in their home country and abroad, signed a worldwide deal with Napalm Records (Universal), and released another 4 albums; all of which enjoyed high chart positions. The 2019 album Nothing But Wild, with the rock radio hit "Down By The River," reached #10 in the German album charts! Musically, The New Roses are an explosive force, taking their cues from idols like Guns N'Roses, AC/DC, Kid Rock, Metallica and The Black Crowes, but doing it in a very unique way. This musical concept makes The New Roses one of the few contemporary German rock bands to play on international soil. Their tours have taken the band to the biggest festivals in Europe such as Hellfest (FR), Sweden Rock (SE), Hard Rock Hell (UK), Masters Of Rock (CZ), and Rockfest Barcelona (ES), among others, where they shared the stage with greats like Aerosmith, Alice Cooper, The Scorpions, KISS and many more.

Arm's Length is a Canadian emo band from Quinte West, Ontario. The band is known for their anthemic emo-punk sound and has gained a significant following within the emo scene.

Martha has constantly experimented with her musical parameters. In the early days this meant singing the folk songs she had know since childhood one week and recording electronica and trip-hop the next. Her new tour is a sparky union of folk, acoustic, trip-hop and electronica. With her longtime collaborators and musicians Matt Tweed and Matt Kelly, among others they entwine raw vocals, sparkling melodies and thought provoking lyrics with filmic movements and earthy baselines. Let’s forget the disjointed and cliquey scene we live in, and bring back what once united us.” Crafting songs with real musicians, the group’s name was inspired by Ladies of the 80’s by Eighties Ladies, the album from a girl group produced by Roy Ayers, “I just loved the whole concept, and I wanted to do the same thing with Girls of the Internet,” explains the group’s founding member Tom Kerridge. “I wanted a name that played with gender, and people’s subconscious misogyny. Girls of the Internet is abstract – it means nothing, and it means everything.”

SNAYX were formed from a mosh pit. Sure, the Brighton & Sheffield based trio have been in other bands before, dabbling in everything from indie rock to ska, but those groups never incited the communal carnage that Charlie Herridge, Ollie Horner and Lainey Loops crave. So they formed SNAYX, originally a two-piece, now a three. For a good chunk of time though, SNAYX was more of an idea than an actual band since the pair were too busy going to as many gigs as possible, rather than working on things like songs. They’d talk about SNAYX to anyone who would listen though, hungry to be part of the scene. And then in the smoking area of a Brighton venue, Hastings punks Kid Kapichi invited them to open for them. Of course, SNAYX said yes, despite the fact they didn’t have a finished song between them. That changed over a frantic few days, where all of those conversations about ethos, influence and intention quickly turned into a furious 30-minutes of music. The gig went better than it had any right to, and SNAYX were born. A series of support slots followed, alongside a very DIY headline tour. “That’s when everything clicked into place,” says Charlie. “Onstage we really understood what it was, and what it could be.”
