Completing the Trilogy begun with Genius 2.0 and The Work of the Devil, Have We Met? finds Simon standing, like Ulysses in Tennyson’s famous verse, gazing out over the moaning deep and the twinkling rocks and wondering whether to seek a newer world? To smite the sounding furrows? To strive, to seek, and to find? Or whether in fact, to put the kettle on, crack open the Hobnobs and simply yield? Drawing on Joyce, Proust and the career of Philip Schofield to make sense of his own tangled past and possible future, Evans skilfully weaves comedy, pathos and narrowly averted cancellation into an unforgettable two hours of unique entertainment.

In his most personal show to date, Adam will discuss the plants that have shaped his life and reflect on what’s brought him to where he is now. He’ll unearth the inspiration he’s found through a life in the garden, the people he’s met along the way, the music that’s steered his course and why he identifies as an ‘old romantic fool’. Adam will share previously untold stories of how his passion for plants has taken him around the world and challenged him with unexpected experiences – from curating a garden in Japan during a monsoon to meeting heroes. Closer to home, gardening is fundamental to Adam’s sense of family, wellbeing and recovery. In September 2021, he found himself grappling with the mental scars of the pandemic and facing a momentous house (or more importantly, garden) move. He’ll talk about navigating that change and reconnecting with nature. Adam will also explore the creative act of putting a garden together and how he’s had to learn to embrace his artistic side. Don’t miss your chance to hear Adam’s amusing anecdotes and poignant reflections, and to immerse yourself not just in gardening, but in human nature itself and the madness of it all.

Thankfully Zoe has been able to explore the funny side of all these twists and turns. It's time to sell the silly car and try and put the wheels back on her life. Zoe is the host of BBC2’s Lightning. She's known as a star of Live at the Apollo and a regular on Have I Got News for You (BBC1), QI (BBC2), and Mock the Week (BBC2). Yee-haw! You’ve heard of The Man With No Name? Well, here’s The Man With No Shame. Julian Clary, renowned homosexual and national trinket, is fixing to saddle up and head on out for his UK tour. “Yes, it has a Western theme,” the old buckaroo confirms, sipping Bourbon from a pint tankard. “It was only a matter of time before I eased myself into some chaps” he adds, dabbing his temples with a damp flannel. Julian is sure that the men in the audience will be so eager to join his posse they won’t be able to keep their hands off his Rawhide. The lucky few will play with him on stage in the Hang ‘em Low saloon, where Wild Bill Hickok used to meet his special friend, Raving Clarence la Fruit. But life in the Old West was tough. Not all of Julian’s wild bunch will be around to witness the final shoot-out that will result in Julian giving himself selflessly at high noon to the last man standing. Who knows what else he’ll do for a few dollars more?
Quadrophenia - A Mod Ballet

Quadrophenia - A Mod Ballet

10 Jun 2025 - 19 Jul 2025

Meet the new generation… In 1973, guitar smashing rock genius Pete Townshend wrote Quadrophenia. Recorded by The Who - it quickly became an iconic and multi-million selling album. Quadrophenia defined a generation and in 1979 inspired the cult classic feature film of the same name. Now it’s back – this time as an explosive dance production – Quadrophenia, A Mod Ballet with a large cast of exceptional dancers, introducing new audiences to troubled mod Jimmy’s story while remaining true in spirit to the much-loved original. Quadrophenia is steeped in the mythology of the 1960s - sharp suits, soul music, vespas and parkas but its themes of lost youth, rebellion, the search for belonging and hunger for social change are just as urgent today. A rich, orchestral version of the album by Rachel Fuller, first heard in concert version at The Royal Albert Hall and recorded by the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra is the backdrop for this adrenaline filled rollercoaster ride. Choreographer Paul Roberts and Director Rob Ashford bring together some of the UK’s finest creative talent from the worlds of music, theatre, film and dance. With original costumes by renowned British fashion house Paul Smith and Natalie Pryce, projection by Nick Hillel and lighting design by Fabiana Piccioli. Prepare to be blown away as the power of dance brings a whole new dimension to the raw energy and emotion of one of the UK’s most iconic rock albums.
Milton Jones: HA!milton

Milton Jones: HA!milton

6 Jun 2025 - 29 Nov 2025

This is not a musical. Milton Jones is tone deaf and has no sense of rhythm, but at least he doesn’t make a song and dance about it. He has more important things to discuss. Like giraffes... and there’s a bit about tomatoes. You might know him from Mock the Week, Live at the Apollo or Radio 4. Or that time he stood for the Scottish National Party, fought a hard campaign, but in the end had to respect the wishes of the people of Cardiff. A whole new show of daftness. You know it makes sense. Warning - contains jokes from the start.

Step inside The Midnight Bell, a tavern where one particular lonely-hearts club gather to play out their lovelorn affairs of the heart; bitter comedies of longing, frustration, betrayal and redemption. Inspired by the great English novelist Patrick Hamilton (Twenty Thousand Streets Under The Sky, Hangover Square) who created some of the most authentic fiction of his era; stories borne out of years of social interactions with the working man and woman at his favourite location - the London Pub. Hailed by The Observer as ‘the undisputed king of dance theatre', master storyteller Bourne has produced some of the most successful dance theatre productions of the last 30 years including Swan Lake, Cinderella, The Red Shoes and Edward Scissorhands. Age guidance 14+ The Midnight Bell contains scenes of a sexual nature, including sexual violence and mental distress, smoking on stage (e-cigarettes), haze and flickering lights (not strobe).

Ardal O'Hanlon - Not Himself

Ardal O'Hanlon - Not Himself

20 Sept 2025 - 8 Mar 2026

Oh, it’s all there! All the trademarks are in evidence in Ardal’s latest show. Beautifully crafted stand-up comedy? Yes. Celebrated use of language? Tick. Lateral thinking, surreal flourishes, sharp observations? Of course. As for the occasional profundity? Maybe. Despite his best attempts over many decades to put the world to rights, it is still a colossal mess. And so, Ardal has no choice but to go out on the road again. Like the good comedy doctor he is, he fearlessly diagnoses the various pathologies and neuroses that are currently ravaging humanity. Disclaimer: No solutions provided. After an alarming experience at the supermarket, Ardal reflects on who he is as a man and a comedian. He examines his own ethnic and religious background, and thinks twice about the very core of his identity as a voice of reason. Is everything a big lie? With no major trauma of his own to draw on for material, apart from the drag of getting older, he also turns his gaze outwards at the joys and follies of contemporary life. Towel Animals? A.I.? Chair Yoga? Cauliflower as a main course? Yes. Yes. Yes. And Yes. No current idiocy is left unexamined. With a highly developed sense of the ridiculous, and proper comedy bones, NOT HIMSELF, is a testament to the healing power of humour. And the joy of jokes.

So begins the international multi-award-winning musical, CHICAGO. Set amidst the razzle-dazzle decadence of the 1920s, CHICAGO is the story of Roxie Hart, a housewife and nightclub dancer who murders her on-the-side lover after he threatens to walk out on her. Desperate to avoid conviction, she dupes the public, the media and her rival cellmate, Velma Kelly, by hiring Chicago's slickest criminal lawyer to transform her malicious crime into a barrage of sensational headlines, the likes of which might just as easily be ripped from today's tabloids. Created by the musical theatre talents of John Kander, Fred Ebb and legendary choreographer Bob Fosse, CHICAGO's sexy, sassy score with one show-stopping song after another includes "Razzle Dazzle", "Cell Block Tango", and "All That Jazz". Gary Clarke's powerful and personal working-class storytelling draws on public and private stories and testimonies, including a rare insight into the LGBT+ Switchboard Logbooks, combined with vivid choreography performed by a company of exceptional dancers, an evocative narrator, a local cast of LGBT+ people, striking designs in film, sound, light and costume and music tracks by the iconic band Test Dept. Detention is a bold and moving exploration of the violence, loneliness, protests, debates, unlikely allies and the remarkable individuals and organisations of the time.

But the Dresser, like all royal favourites, is living on borrowed time. By Royal Appointment is a behind the scenes peek into the world of our most popular monarch and the image she presented to the world. Starring national treasure Anne Reid CBE as The Queen and star of stage and screen Caroline Quentin as The Dresser. Attention All Shipping - A Celebration of the Shipping Forecast
As the shipping forecast embarks on its second century, bestselling author and award-winning broadcaster Charlie Connelly’s hilarious and informative show brings the quirky broadcast vividly to life, celebrating what he regards as the greatest invention of the modern age. How did a weather forecast for ships capture the hearts of a nation, from salty old sea dog to insomniac landlubber? How is it possible for ‘rain later’ to be ‘good’? And where the hell is North Utsire? Delving into the history of the forecast and the extraordinary people who made it, Charlie explains what those curious phrases really mean, celebrates its wide cultural impact, shares riproaring adventures from his own extraordinary journey through the 31 sea areas – the times he was accused by the media of trying to annex Rockall from the British government and sang sea shanties with Tom Hardy in a Manx hotel bar while Scary Spice pulled the pints - and presents his case for the shipping forecast being our finest achievement. Inspired by Charlie’s bestselling book, which has sold more than a quarter-of-a-million copies worldwide, this pacy, moving and hilarious show takes you all the way from Viking to South-East Iceland to ensure the shipping forecast will never sound the same again. “Charlie Connelly is one of the funniest people I have ever had the pleasure of sitting in a studio with…He has a natural wit that doesn’t get crushed by an over-zealous ego with a lovely personality attached to it.” Fi Glover, broadcaster “Charlie is always warm, funny and engaging…I actually sent him a fan letter - and I've never done that to anyone in my life before.” Bernard Sumner, New Order “I can thoroughly recommend an evening spent in the company of the very funny and very lovely Charlie Connelly whose knowledge of what I call ‘the ships’ is excellent. Sou’westers optional.” Corrie Corfield, BBC Radio 4

Zakir Khan

Zakir Khan

10 May 2025 - 31 May 2025

Zakir is one of the most loved and celebrated stand-up comedians in India. From winning the title of 'India's Best Stand Up' in a 2012 Comedy Central show to selling 100,000 tickets across 72 cities in 2019 alone, his has been an incredible journey. Zakir’s approach to comedy is anecdotal, personal and heartfelt, and his delivery poetic and rustic at the same time. His appeal lies in his relatability - he has often said he used humour as a shield when bullied as a child, and his stories are punctuated with phrases that have become catchphrases, including the iconic ‘sakht launda’.

In these troubled times, in this wicked world, it can feel like apocalypse is everywhere but did you know 11,000 years ago there were some really big armadillos? I’m talking about as big as a car. Really big. And they were vegetarian so don’t even worry about them. Also my daughter has a hamster and I’m not saying distract yourself from everything, but I’m saying he’s also part of everything. Josie is back with a new show about discovery, wonder, extinction and how to walk through a landscape of monstrous disaster. There is also a good tip about silt, guaranteed.
Niall Harbison: How Rescuing Dogs Saved Me
What's the one thing a dog can teach us? For Niall Harbison, it was everything. A few years ago, Niall's life looked very different. Addiction had almost got the better of him, but when he came across a dog shackled to a short chain, malnourished and barely holding on, something about her stopped him in his tracks. Maybe it was the way she reminded him of his own battles, or the fact golden retrievers are rare in Thailand, but he knew she was special. He named her Tina, and what she did next became an incredible story of survival, hope, and love. Now, Niall is taking to the stage to share the next chapter of his life. He will discuss how rescuing street dogs saved him, and how Tina's story sparked something even bigger in Niall's life: the creation of his charity Happy Doggo Charity and Tina's Hospital - a sanctuary for Thailand's most vulnerable dogs. Alongside Tina's legacy, Niall will reflect on other incredible dogs he's met along the way - with their own unique stories of resilience and love - and the lessons they taught him. With the opportunity to ask your own questions, join Niall for an honest, uplifting and unique conversation. If Hope was the beginning, this is what comes next.
Listen Very Carefully: The 'Allo 'Allo Podcast
Attenzion!  You will listen very carefully. I shall say this only once. Following the success of their hit podcast, ‘Allo ‘Allo! stars Kim Hartman (Helga!), Guy Siner (Lieutenant Gruber!), and Richard Gibson (Herr Flick!) are now taking their secret operations into the open - appearing live in theatres across the land. There will be surveillance footage (also known as "classic clips"), classified revelations from behind the scenes, and an interrogation session (or as you may call it, an "audience Q&A"). Expect much hilarity, and - should you prove worthy - you may be permitted to come for a ride in Lieutenant Gruber's little tank. Disguises (or, as you say, "dressing up") are optional, but welcome. We will be watching. Do not disappoint Herr Flick!

Jimmy will detail the highlights of this time, his final resurgence under Brendon McCullum, and ending his career with his 700th wicket, all alongside his teammates and lifelong friends on the England team. Sharing the stage alongside Tailenders co-host and musician Felix White, the duo will also unpack some of their favourite cricketing moments in their usual alternative fashion. Together they'll bring sharp(ish) insights, humour and wit to untold stories, recounting their greatest (and most ridiculous) moments together. With the opportunity to ask your own questions, this is a night of cricket, camaraderie, and chaos you won't want to miss.

British Youth Music Theatre and Lowry present an empowering new musical retelling of The 12 Dancing Princesses. In the city-state of Zloriv, King Kasimir's daughters are trapped—expected to smile, obey, and marry. But when they slip away each night, their worn-out shoes hide more than just a love for dancing. As they uncover a rising revolution that could shatter their father's rule, will they follow tradition or fight for freedom? Featuring a playful score that mixes classic and contemporary Broadway with a pop twist by Meg McGrady and an exhilarating book by Zoe Morris, Worn Out transforms the classic Grimm Tale of The 12 Dancing Princesses into a thrilling musical, where fairy-tale fantasy meets the fire of female rebellion. Zoe Morris (Bookwriter & Lyricist) and Meg McGrady (Composer & Additional Lyrics)
The Lost Music of Auschwitz

The Lost Music of Auschwitz

15 Jun 2025 - 15 Jun 2025

In the depths of Auschwitz, amid unimaginable cruelty, music echoed through the camp. Orchestras made up of prisoners were forced to entertain Nazi officers and accompany the grim march of captives to and from their labour. Yet, as Leo Geyer, composer and Artistic Director of Constella, discovered during his first visit to Auschwitz in 2015, these musicians resisted in the only way they could: by weaving secret melodies into their performances — melodies their fellow prisoners would recognise as brazen acts of rebellion with hidden musical messages, secret performances of forbidden music, and original compositions wracked with grief and sorrow that were unlikely to have ever been performed. Now, 80 years after the liberation of Auschwitz, it's time to let these melodies resonate once more. This programme, as featured on Sky's The Lost Music of Auschwitz — released to commemorate the 80th anniversary of liberation — revives the haunting legacy of those hidden notes. Shaped by Geyer's meticulous research in the Auschwitz-Birkenau archives, the ensemble will not only perform these long-forgotten works but also offer audiences a deeper understanding of the music itself, as Geyer also shares the powerful stories behind each composition. This inspiring 60-minute concert is an emotional and empowering tribute to the resilience, creativity, and enduring strength of the human spirit, in the face of humanity's darkest hour.

Black Power Desk

Black Power Desk

16 Oct 2025 - 18 Oct 2025

1970s London. The streets awash with a fever of political unrest, the rhythm of the sound system culture is birthing a new era of soulful lover's rock, fusing RnB and reggae, amidst the covert Black Power Desk operations of New Scotland Yard. As tensions rise, the community rallies together to stand against injustices and racial divide. Black Power Desk is a powerful reimagining and exploration of what it means to love and fight for freedom. In an often male-dominated world, two sisters, Celia and Dina - both rooted in self-empowerment and fiercely committed to their community, both loyal and motivated by love - are divided by grief and radical politics. A moving story of sisters who need to reconnect for the sake of their community. But will the fight for their community be worth the damage to their sisterhood? Inspired by the historic Mangrove Nine Trial and brought to life by an original score performed by a live three-piece band, Black Power Desk is a musical soundtrack charting a fiercely emotive and politically charged era of often overlooked British history for today's generation. At a time of the rise of British Black Panthers, the onset of the Immigration Act 1971, the emergence of Black business ownership and the hails of a generation living through the racial tensions of Great Britain.

Dear England

Dear England

7 May 2025 - 7 Mar 2026

It’s time to change the game. The country that gave the world football has since delivered a painful pattern of loss. Garth Marenghi - This Bursted Earth Book Tour
Horror author Nick Steen is having visions… A sinister Black Steeple; eerie lights in the sky that look like a Catherine wheel but are not remotely a Catherine wheel… Plus a giant skeleton with a moustache. For Nick Steen’s imagination is bursting out of his brain and threatening to burst in turn the entirety of Stalkford. Can Nick stop the aforesaid bursting? Or have things already slightly burst regardless? And will there ultimately be a grand finale to this three-book series (aka a trilogy) or a more open-ended conclusion in order to leave potential room for further sequels? (That, btw, will ultimately be Garth’s decision.) From the fevered imaginata of Horror Fiction’s Grand Frightener Garth Marenghi, author of Sunday Times Bestselling Garth Marenghi’s TerrorTome and Garth Marenghi’s Incarcerat, come three freshly rancid tales of… …This Bursted Earth…
