This farcical show set in the Temple of Vesta ('Hail, holy Vesta!) in ancient Rome, returns through popular demand. This is the first of the five adventures featuring the frustrated Frigella constantly trying to swap to the Temple of Venus, where virginity is not so highly praised, as it is in the Temple of Vesta, ('Hail, holy Vesta!'). However, her efforts are continually hampered, although, unintentionally, by the simple and well-intentioned, Bimbus. As if this was not enough, Frigellas ludicrous attempts are executed under the watchful eye of the ever-wary High Priestess Virgina Creeper. Paul Arnold (sax) and Marco Marconi (piano) explore the Brazilian sounds of the iconic composer of The Girl From Ipanema. Paul is is a versatile musician and composer, probably best known to Market Theatre-goers as host of the Hitchin Jazz Jam. He regularly performs with his jazz quintet Kind of Blur and sax quartet Four Winds. Jazz pianist & composer Marco Marconi is an inspirational artist. Virtuosic, exciting and always engaging, he regularly performs as a soloist or in larger groups throughout the UK & Europe.
