Bill Prosser & Sarah Blair: Inside Out
An exhibition of drawings, book pieces, prints, and poster poems, exploring the idea of noticing the often overlooked in what is very familiar. Inside: Bill Prosser’s suite of drawings offers closely observed aspects of interiors, habitually ignored. Oddments of domestic flotsam yield unheeded corners and edges; ephemera and fixtures dislocate and re-locate. More broadly, this work attempts a visual affirmation of a theme of continental literature on the ordinary, the preoccupation of writers such as Georges Perec and Gaston Bachelard, who found abundant poetry in the spaces of living and working. Outside: Sarah Blair’s series of poster poems on the theme of weather invite conversation around our changing climate. The poems – generated from weather forecasts – are presented as digital collages exploring the sensory effects of weather types. Blair specialises in text-image works, often around the theme of language, and this project seeks to mark the newly insistent claim of weather for our urgent care. In doing so, she borrows from languages of weather, old and new, visual and verbal, to weave new syntheses. To contact the artists, please email.

Call and Response

Call and Response

2 Jul 2025 - 9 Aug 2025

Call and Response brings together two Oxford based arts organisations dedicated to fostering connection, skill-sharing, and professional development. Artists from the Warehouse Art School and art-sauce present an exhibition in two parts to exchange ideas and creative practice. Part one presents the culmination of a year of enquiry, experimentation and personal growth by eight artists from the Warehouse Art School Continuing Creative Practice course. Part two furthers the conversation with artists from art-sauce, who have engaged in a collaborative process to draw direct inspiration from each other to encompass the theme of Call and Response. The exhibition takes its name from the principle of dialogue—between artists and their peers, between organizations that share a commitment to artistic growth, and between the work and its audience. Just as call and response is a form of exchange, this exhibition invites the public into a wider conversation: to engage and bring their own perspectives into the creative process. Drawing inspiration from supportive communities of practice, Call and Response invites dialogue—between individuals, disciplines, and experiences—to enrich and sustain creative development.
Isabel Fishlock: Dreamlands

Isabel Fishlock: Dreamlands

4 Jun 2025 - 14 Jun 2025

Isabel Fishlock’s latest exhibition Dreamlands is a vibrant showcase of new works that captivate the viewer with their bold energy and dreamlike quality. The collection features a stunning range of paintings, varying in scale, that draw you into a world brimming with colour. Isabel’s use of colour is striking—each piece bursts with tones that shift and dance across the canvas. The landscapes she creates are ethereal, almost otherworldly, transporting the viewer to tranquil yet surreal spaces. Bold graphic florals are at the heart of the exhibition, their striking patterns and vibrant palettes commanding attention. These works are full of life, bringing a sense of freshness and vitality to the space. This marks Isabel’s first exhibition in Oxford, following her sold-out show in London. A graduate of Central Saint Martins School of Art, Isabel spent 10 years painting and designing prints for leading luxury fashion brands including Dior and Paul Smith before focusing on her fine art career. For the past five years, she has dedicated herself to painting, now bringing her distinctive vision to Oxford with works that exist in a world just beyond our own, where reality blurs and colour takes centre stage. This exhibition is a true celebration of colour and form. Closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays
St Edward’s School: Leavers’ Exhibition
The exhibition celebrates the art of St Edward’s Upper Sixth Pupils. Both pupils taking A Level Art and those on the International Baccalaureate Programme have worked for two years across all media to produce their final body of work. Don’t miss this show by creative stars of the future.

Exploring traditional musics through experimental processes, their EP Flourish in Green (2024) is the culmination of many years of experimenting with musical forms and modes of collaboration in unique constellations of artists, and represents a pivot-point in the group’s creative practice, centring improvisation and live performance.
