Peter and the Test Tube Babies are a punk rock band that was formed in the small town of Peacehaven, England in 1978 by Del Strangefish and Peter Bywaters. Due to their humorous tongue-in-cheek lyrics, they have been considered part of the Punk Pathetique subgenre. Peter and the Test Tube Babies were first featured in Sounds magazine in July 1980, and after a John Peel Radio One session, made their vinyl debut on the Brighton compilation album Vaultage 78. They also had two songs on the seminal Oi! compilation Oi! the Album in that same year. They favoured absurd lyrics and strange titles, such as "The Queen Gives Good Blow Jobs". In 1982, they covered the chart-topping Gary Glitter hit "I'm the Leader of the Gang (I Am)" on their album Pissed and Proud.

When British husband and wife artists Grace & Aaron Bond released their latest album Aces Are High in 2023 recorded by a river in the depths of Suffolk, little did they know about the hurricane-strength surge of support that would carry them to become the first fully Independent Rock/Blues Band to have a Top 10 in the UK Official Album Charts. When Rivers Meet have remained proudly Independent, attending the 2024 BRIT Awards leading the new wave of artists to keep control over creative direction, championing a focus on authenticity in the music industry.

A British alternative rock outfit from Bradford-on-Avon in Wiltshire, Jesus Jones' kinetic mix of samples, pop, dance, and techno resulted in one huge international hit single, "Right Here, Right Now." Known for their strong melodies and hooks, and for meshing club overtones with traditional rock guitar, the group, alongside contemporaries like EMF, the Shamen, and Pop Will Eat Itself, helped shape the '90s alternative rock scene by showing that sample-driven dance music could comfortably fit into pop music. Since forming in 2013 as a Sensational tribute to one of Scotland's finest, one-of-a-kind rock sons and his band, the Sensational Alex Harvey Experience (SAHE) have grown to become one of the most respected tribute bands on the circuit. Further, and with no little honour, they are "the best SAHB tribute band out there" as confirmed by Zal Cleminson. That they also have the nod from kin of the late, great and sadly missed Alex Harvey (My dad would have approved" -Alex Harvey Jr.) is another pointer to the combined talents of vocalist Andy Massie, keyboardist David Cowan, guitarist Brian Cartwright, bass player Nelson McFarlane and drummer Chris Killen. (David and Nelson also recorded and toured as members of Zal Cleminson's /Sin Dogs/ and David was also a member of Chris Glen's The Outfit). All band members are first and foremost SAHB fans who wish to keep the music alive (whilst developing it for a modern audience), and are committed to delivering live shows which include dynamic performances and theatricality associated with SAHB.

The Orb virtually invented the electronic genre known as ambient house, resurrecting slower, more soulful rhythms and providing a soundtrack for early-morning ravers once the clubs closed their doors. Founded in 1988 by Alex Paterson and The KLF member Jimmy Cauty, membership of The Orb has been fluid over the years, with Paterson remaining the only constant throughout. The Orb released their fifteenth studio album, ‘No Sounds Are Out of Bounds’, in 2018 via Cooking Vinyl. These fifteen albums plus EPs, singles, compilations and live recordings have influenced countless other musicians along the way.

Spunge is a ska punk band from Tewkesbury, England. Through many years of touring, Spunge have toured with or played alongside a number of UK bands; and several American bands such as Green Day, Dropkick Murphys and Reel Big Fish; and been supported on a UK tour by Bowling for Soup; the latter of whom contributed backing vocals to the song "Centerfold" on the That Should Cover It! album.

Definitely Oasis are regarded by many promoters and Oasis fans alike as the best one there is. With Oasis currently not together, Definitely Oasis do an amazing job of keeping the music alive and set the bar high by re-creating the look, sound and feel of an Oasis gig. They're also the only Oasis tribute band in the world to have Liam and Noel Gallagher soundalikes that look and sound as close to the real deal as you can get.

In the latter half of the Eighties you'd have struggled to find a harder working group than INSTIGATORS. Tirelessly gigging up and down the UK, around mainland Europe, and even across the USA, on self-booked zero-budget tours, they inspired a new generation of young British bands to go blaze their own trails, often to great effect. The first incarnation of Instigators can be traced to West Yorkshire in the early Eighties. A friendship with Subhumans Dick Lucas saw his label Bluurg release their debut EP in 1984 and an LP ‘Nobody Listens Anymore’ a year later. The records were well received, putting them on the cover of revered magazine Maximum Rock ‘n Roll. American artist Pushead also championed Instigators, including songs on his worldwide compilation ‘Cleanse The Bacteria’. And then the vocalist, bassist and drummer all walked out, leaving founder member Simon Mooney without a band. With touring commitments, and a determination to carry on, Simon immediately assembled a new line-up, with Andy Turner and Andy Turnbull drafted in as vocalist and bassist, their band Xpozez having recently split. With the addition of Steve Curran on drums the began touring Europe non stop with the reinvigorated line-up debuting in Swansea, July ’85, officially marking the next era of Instigators. Following another mainland jaunt in January ‘86 the band assembled at Woodlands Studio, in Castleford, during March and April to record their new album ‘Phoenix’. It was produced by the band with Bruce Treasure (Subhumans) and saw a subtle change in the bands musical direction that reflected the increasing influence of bands from North America on their listening habits. With their new album out in the summer of ’86, the band now headed across the Atlantic for a North American tour commencing on 27th June at Lupos, Providence (Rhode Island) with The Adolescents and Murphy’s Law and finishing at On Broadway in San Francisco on 14th August. The wheels were truly turning for this incarnation of Instigators, and they would continue with tireless tours across the UK and mainland Europe and kept their profile up with tracks on various compilations. 1987 saw them release the memorable ‘Full Circle / Sleeper’ single and with ‘88’s ‘Shockgun’ album moving the goalposts again and clocking up the mileage on what would eventually be over 16 lengthy European jaunts. INSTIGATORS bowed out after two massive European tours at the start of the ’90’s in Milan, Italy. Now they’re back for the first time in over 30 years for three special nights beginning at the world renown Rebellion Festival in Blackpool with headline shows in London and Huddersfield. If you weren’t there to witness them in full flow back then it’s time to see what you were missing The Instigators were a revelation when they appeared on the UK punk scene, their hard yet melodic sound, precise professional delivery and positive political lyrics a literal breath of fresh air amongst a quagmire of thrashing nihilistic rage. Over the course of the next ten years they would set new standards of musicianship and professionalism within the UK hardcore scene This is a 14+ event. 14 and 15 year olds MUST be accompanied by an adult (18+) / All ticketholders under the age of 25 will be required to carry PHOTO ID.

The first album Oddity was full of promises for the start of an epic journey, but it is on stage where he starts to carve his signature – costumes, make-up, psychedelic atmospheres, humour and sensuality. Yes, you think of Genesis, of Alice Cooper and David Bowie, of Led Zeppelin and Pink-Floyd too. But eventually, you will no longer think of anybody else. Following the release of the highly anticipated 'Torn Apart', featuring special guest Steve Hackett (Genesis), the 'Tearing the Tour Apart' hit the road in Europe and Franck reinforced his show as one of the most irresistible in the rock scene. 2017 saw the release of a live DVD/BluRay of the tour, which, after about 100 dates, ended with a standing ovation on stage of the Loreley 'Night of the Prog' festival in front of 6000 people. Carducci, as Master of Ceremonies, leads his Rock n Roll Circus where each of his players embodies a side of his music. Who can explain how a 12 string guitar extra neck would be added to a bass guitar, how a powerful guitar riff would go with a hot belly dance, or a Mellotron solo would end up in a duel with a didgeridoo? Who can also explain how Achilles, guitar and sword in hand, would kidnap a sensual Alice from her Wonderland? However, let them pick you up and take you in the palm of their hands – you won’t want to leave until the very last note of the concert. Your senses will not be given a second of rest while these characters take you to a place where dreams are kings, emotions are queens and musical genres are crossed with no borders.

Sparta is an American rock band from El Paso, Texas, formed in 2001. The band currently consists of Jim Ward (vocals, guitar) and Matt Miller (bass), who are touring as a three-piece with rotating session drummers. Founding members Ward, Paul Hinojos, and Tony Hajjar were members of post-hardcore group At the Drive-In, forming Sparta in 2001 after the break-up of their former band. The band entered a hiatus from 2008 onwards for Ward to focus on his solo career and side projects, reuniting from 2011 to 2013 for a series of shows.

Jake Vaadeland is a self-taught multi-instrumentalist and songwriter from Saskatchewan, Canada. His traditional sound and unique style blends bluegrass and 50s rockabilly, with Jake also specializing on guitar and banjo in addition to his impressive vocals. Jake strives to write and play with a focus on storytelling, and messages that he hopes his audience can relate to, all packaged in foot stomping, high energy performances with The Sturgeon River Boys. In 2023, he performed at JunoFest, CCMA Week, travelled to Nashville to showcase at AmericanaFest, and opened for artists like Dean Brody and Charley Crockett. He recently earned a Western Canadian Music Award nomination for ‘Roots Artist of the Year’ and won a Saskatchewan Country Music Award for ‘Alternative Country Album of the Year’.

Proving that loud, gritty, and ranting punk rock is still alive and thrashing in Canada, Toronto's Cancer Bats employ a punishing blend of hardcore punk, metalcore, Southern rock, and sludge metal. Citing a wide berth of musical inspirations including Black Flag, Down, Led Zeppelin, Entombed, and Black Sabbath -- they have toured Canada as a Sabbath cover band under the moniker Bat Sabbath -- they emerged in 2006 with the hard-hitting Birthing the Giant. They caught fire in the early 2010s, earning Juno Award nominations for 2011's Bears, Mayors, Scraps & Bones and 2013's Dead Set on Living, and have remained at the forefront of the Canadian hardcore scene with subsequent efforts like The Spark That Moves (2018) and Psychic Jailbreak (2022).

“Our music is about wanting to provoke something,” says Charlie Steen, 19-year-old lead singer of London’s most talked-about young band, SHAME. “It’s not about standing onstage and singing pretty love songs. It’s about confrontation, energy, adrenaline and anarchy.” Shame instigated the daredevil club night, Chimney Shitters and creating a politically outspoken, DIY ethos reflecting a punk spirit in today’s world. “We are not puppets. Everything we do, we do ourselves,” says former Camberwell student, Steen. “From our songs to our clothes to the artwork for the singles, T-shirts, and fanzines. It’s all us. We are about creating a movement - it’s all our blood, sweat and tears.”

Billy Bibby was the founding member and lead guitarist of Catfish and the Bottlemen and he was instrumental in writing and releasing their debut album, 'The Balcony,' which charted Top 10 and was certified 2x platinum in the UK, selling over 1 million copies worldwide. Since then, Billy has fronted other bands, HAIG and Billy Bibby & The Wry Smiles, touring extensively across the UK and building a significant following. For this unique tour, Billy will solely focus on and celebrate his contribution to 'The Balcony' album, something he has never done before! Billy Bibby will be performing the first Catfish album in its purest form with a stripped-back acoustic set featuring all the tracks recorded on it.The Balcony Tour will be full of nostalgia, powerful delivery and include short anecdotes about the times spent writing and recording it with the band. The Dickies, whose very existence is a glorification of humor and silliness, hold the title of being the first California punk band ever to be signed to a major label. With the band's final album in the works, The Dickies have somehow managed to be one of the longest-running punk bands in the world. Despite being 86 years old, as original singer Leonard Graves Phillips joked in a recent show, the band rocks it hard and hilarious, bringing the infectious high energy their shows are known for. Remarkably, they sound better and tighter than ever.

Jeffrey Lewis & The Voltage have more or less perfected a scuzzy and urban style of indie-folk - a 21st Century mash-up of Pete Seeger, R. Crumb and Sonic Youth.
