The Pump House

Formerly the old pumping station which supplied water to the Watford area, the Pump House was opened as a venue in early 70s. The site is now an auditorium seating 124 and a live music venue. A community-minded endeavour, the Pump house is dedicated to providing facilities for local arts groups. Located just a short walk from Watford town centre, there is free car parking at the venue and bus numbers 142 and 258 stop close by. Watford train station and Bushey station are both within walking distance and the Colne Valley/Ebury Way cycle track passes in front of the venue.
