Come join us at Shoreham Record Fair for a day of digging through vinyl treasures and discovering new music gems! Expect lots of vinyl, 78's, cds, turntables and music memorabilia. Free entry. Free 7" single to the first 200 people that come through the door on the day. Cheap or free parking around the venue. Train station is 4 minutes away on foot. Branch Out – The Tree Festival Symposium
The Branch Out Tree Festival Symposium is coming to Shoreham on Saturday, 14 June. This exciting event brings together nature lovers, professionals and community members to explore the world of trees. Attendees and panellists will discuss how we can plant, protect and care for trees to restore biodiversity, tackle the climate crisis and reconnect people with nature. There will be expert talks, roundtable buzz discussions, refreshments, children's activities and book signings. The panel of speakers includes: Susan Raikes, director, Wakehurst; Iain Parkinson, head of landscape and horticulture, Wakehurst; Tony Whitbread, Sussex Wildlife Trust's past president and woodland specialist; Paul Wood, explorer of nature in towns and cities, author of Tree Hunting; Juliet Sargeant, broadcaster, award-winning garden designer, author of Start with Soil; Oliva Sprinkel, world traveller, author of Hear the Trees Speak; Isabel Losada, author of The Joyful Environmentalist. Branch Out is a CPRE Sussex event, supported by Shoreham Wordfest and the Shoreham Society. Community groups and organisations are invited to take along an A1 poster to promote their work at the event.

Swinging Sunday Morning Jazz The Shoreham Centre, Shoreham by Sea Three brilliant musicians present a celebration of 1940s style swinging gypsy jazz of The Hot club of France with Susanna Warren, vocals, saxes, clarinet and violin, Mike Hatchard on keyboard and violin, and Django Reinhardt inspired guitarist, Jeremy Young. - Collectively known as Afternoon in Paris. NOTE: this is a morning event 11.00am to 1.00pm. VENUE The Queen Elizabeth Room, upstairs in the Shoreham Centre. Lift and wheelchair access available. TICKETS include a tea or coffee and a pastry and there is no online booking fee. £15.00. Students £8.00. PARKING on west side of Shoreham Centre building and nearby. Shoreham car parks £1.00 all day on Sundays.
A Sprig of Thyme - Sussex Voiceworks Summer Concert

Under the inspired direction of the wonderful Sarah Forbes, Sussex Voiceworks will present the timeless classics and cherished folk favourites of renowned American composer Aaron Copland and the world famous John Rutter. With charming interpretations and captivating storytelling, our choir will transport you through landscapes of pastoral beauty, nostalgic Americana, and the vibrant traditions of British folk heritage. Enjoy an uplifting programme featuring performances by our wonderful soloists and the combined voices of our dedicated choir, offering a truly memorable experience perfect for a midsummer evening.
