The Ultimate Stone Roses

The Ultimate Stone Roses are the only tribute to the Roses to hail from Manchester. Each member is a die hard fan of the original band who has dedicated themselves to mastering the music of their heroes. Playing songs from the seminal first album, the second coming and early fan favourites like 'Sally Cinnamon' and 'Mersey Paradise', the Ultimate Stone Roses give their audiences the most authentic Stone Roses experience possible.
Bad Manners

Bad Manners

13 Sept 2025 - 4 Jun 2026

Fronted by Buster Bloodvessel (born Douglas Trendle), the band was formed in 1976 while the members were at school together, and among their early incarnations were known as Stoop Solo and the Sheet Starchers. None of the members had any formal musical training, not even the ability to play any instruments. They were popular during the late 1970s and early 1980s, a period when lots of similar ska bands filled the charts. Some of their hits include 'My Girl Lollipop', 'Lip Up Fatty', 'Special Brew' and 'Ne-Ne-Na-Na-Na-Na-Nu-Nu'. One of the main reasons for their notoriety was because of their outlandish, larger-than-life, huge-tongued & shaven-headed front man. Buster´s exploits got them banned from the British TV chart show Top of the Pops (which included dressing as Henry VIII and singing to a blow-up doll for the song 'Lorraine', pouring a large can of baked beans over his head, and dressing in a can-can dancer´s dress to promote their single 'Can-Can').

Raves Of Longton IV

Raves Of Longton IV

27 Sept 2025 - 27 Sept 2025

Our annual homage to our spiritual rave home of Longton is back! for those of you who prefer a more authentic take on Stoke on Trent rave nostalgia, this is the event for you! Pete Bromley as many of you are aware was one of the resident DJs at Introspective, Stokes first successful weekly rave party which was held at The Leisurebowl, not to mention the first DJ to play a full house music set at Shelleys Laserdome before there were any official dance music nights promoting out of the venue. Lethal Lee Fredericks was one of the resident compares at the original Entropy night on a Friday at The Leisurebowl which eventually made its way across the road to Shelleys. He was also Daz Willotts MC where he performed most weeks on a Saturday in Shelleys also which became like a second home to the pair of them. Altern8 as everyone knows were the midlands rave sensations of the early 90s. Global success and crossover rave hits carved their names in stone all over the world, not to mention memorable performances at both Entropy and Shelleys that have gone down in history, not to mention their much fabled Car Park performance that became the video basis of their biggest hit Activ8 Our special guest on this occasion is arguably the most respected and famous DJ from the early 90s rave scene. As well as being credited as one of the forefathers of jungle and drum & bass he was most certainly the biggest name on the scene and were lucky enough to have him play for the first time in Stoke a classic house set which will be a very special occasion for the real music connoisseurs. Supported by the inimitable Mikey Worth, one of the citys best specialist warm up DJs, were set for an incredible night indeed if its all about the music and authenticity. Only for the headstrong, strictly for the wicked if you know, you know See you on the dancefloor x

Blue Collar Disco with Special Guest Dave Lee (Joey Negro)
Arguably the one DJ, certainly from the UK at least that has had the biggest impact on the genre we broadly know as Disco. His productions have put him in dance music legend category and hes arguably the most played and supported artist in the disco house field and has been for 30+ years and counting! Hes had huge crossover dance records (too many to name) and has remixed the worlds biggest artists over the last 3 decades. His record label, productions, compilations and remixes, not to mention his insane DJ schedule are the very reasons why hes such a revered artist on every level. Were incredibly lucky to have the don that is Dave Lee FKA Joey Negro returning to Stoke for our intimate Blue Collar Disco party at The Underground. Dont delay in joining us for this auspicious occasion ️
