Thousand Yard Stare are an English band from Slough, Berkshire, England, active during the early 1990s, prior to the Britpop explosion. Supporting popular bands on the indie circuit such as James and Carter The Unstoppable Sex Machine, the band also released several EPs.

Niall McNamee is an Irish singer-songwriter and actor known for his own passionate, thoughtful and full-blooded songs. He has starred opposite Pierce Brosnan, fought with Jackie Chan and now is starring as the leading role in numerous feature films. Niall moved to London at 17 years old working on building sites whilst growing a devoted fan base playing gigs in pubs and music venues across London. He began his acting career on London’s West End as Romeo in ‘Romeo and Juliet’ before moving into film and tv and even having a major fight scene with Jackie Chan in ‘The Foreigner’.

Sabbotage is a Black Sabbath tribute band that was formed in 2014. The band is known for their authentic and powerful performances of early Black Sabbath classics.

Channelling South Yorkshire grit and a passion for north west guitar music, The Outcharms represent the best of both sides of the Pennines. The band began in Doncaster in 2014, and in 7 years they have worked their way up from support slots to headlining and selling out The Leopard in their hometown twice, as well as the Foundry and the Leadmill in Sheffield.

Uncover Music presents Magnetic Skies SYNTH POP/NEW WAVE Following a string of EPs and singles, synthpop outfit Magnetic Skies released their dramatic debut album Empire Falling in November 2023. Initially setting out as a duo in 2019, Magnetic Skies was born as a studio-based project created by lead vocalist and keys player Simon Kent and Jo Womar also on keys, driven by a shared love of 80s synth-driven post-punk. They began building their sound and continually released EPs throughout 2020 here, the seeds were sown with pulsing, vintage analogue synths and pumping bass to create a signature sound of evocative electronica mixed with darkwave, classic yet delightfully futuristic all at once. Eventually, the band began performing live, which led to guitarist Carlos Aguilar and drummer Lenin Alegria joining the lineup, and this is the group who have created the bands long awaited full-length release Empire Falling, out 3rd November. Production and mixing on the album were predominantly carried out in-house by Kent, with additional mixing duties performed by Rob Aubrey (sound engineer for Big Big Train/Asia/Tony Levin).

An idiosyncratic, challenging and richly lyrical singer/ songwriter, Junior Brother is the pseudonym of Co. Kerry, Ireland singer Ronan Kealy. Chosen as The Irish Times’ Best Irish Act of 2019 and nominated for the 2019 Choice Music Prize for Album of the Year, Junior Brother has built a rabid following thanks to unmissable live shows, and music both excitingly forward-looking and anciently evocative. His strange stories unfold with reckless abandon upon a distinctive guitar and foot tambourine accompaniment, influenced as much by the avant-garde as music from the Middle Ages and his home place in rural Ireland.

The trio plays folk/blues rock with rich harmonies, and a soulful sound in its rawest form.

Uncover Music presents Palejoy Despite the grey city skyline and dull weather, Aberdeen is a city lacking when it comes to producing emo music, surprisingly. Step forward the Scottish music scene's emo torchbearers, Palejoy. It's been quite a formative couple of years for Palejoy, playing shows across Scotland and sharing stages with some of the finest up and coming bands the UK has to offer, including shows with Split Chain, Lo Rays and a sold out headline show of their own. All this off the back of just two demo releases, a "viral moment" on X, and all driven by a DIY ethos. Fast forward to the present day and with 2 more releases under their belt, Palejoy are well on their way to becoming a driving force in the UK's Alternative scene. Composed of members of Broadsea and Alkanes, the tight-knit trio pull influence from personal experience to create introspective and vulnerable lyrics, combined with heart wrenching emotion and raw guitars and melodies. Canned Pineapple is the result of interplanetary telekinesis between the great beyond and the great norm. In 2023, they've had the honour of supporting renowned acts like The Wedding Present, The Love Buzz, Blood Red Shoes, Cardinals and Arxx along with a summer marked by three successful self-organized tours, selling out headline performances across the UK and Ireland. Uncover Music presents Mvnich Coventry 3-Piece MVNICH (pronounced Munich) have finally returned with new single 'These Arms'. A song about the hold that love can have and the feeling of having someone who you hold so dearly no matter what is happening around you. The song also marks the bands first release since moving to a 3-piece with front man Daniel Davis' vulnerability being at the forefront of the new release.
