Pitou

Pitou

23 Apr 2026 - 23 Apr 2026

Eat Your Own Ears presents Pitou at The Waiting Room. "Amsterdam-born artist Pitou has one of the most arresting voices to emerge from this year, drawing comparisons to the likes of Laura Marling and Julia Holter, crafting intelligent folk-pop that balances the darkness and light of human emotion." - The Independent Dutch songwriter and composer Pitou has unveiled new single “Too Good To Go”, a wonderfully scattershot song brimming with mania, mischief and cacophony - somewhere in the vein of Björk, Meredith Monk, Jockstrap, and (especially rhythmically) Orchestra Baobab. Felicette + Trust Club + Sinews

Felicette + Trust Club + Sinews

9 May 2026 - 9 May 2026

Delighted to be hosting the London leg of this extended weekender for the brilliant Felicette from London, Trust Club from the midlands and our very own Sinews! Saturday 9th May will be a night of chunky 90s inspired rock tunes and good times! Named after the first cat in space), Felicette (pronounced Felli-set) are a London quartet formed of Soph, Rose, Milly and Jay making what they describe as 90s-inspired-alternative-grunge-pop-rock. Think big guitars, sticky riffs, and deadpan lyrics about break ups, panic attacks, and small-minded men. Bringing together members of Cheerbleederz, Supermilk and Painter, their debut EP Go to Hell has earned BBC Radio 6 airplay and their first full-length album is set to arrive in 2026. Fans of Juliana Hatfield, The Breeders, Nirvana and Veruca Salt clear your diaries; these guys are not to be missed. Trust Club are a three piece indie/slacker rock band from the Midlands. Unapologetically goofy live, but tight and melodic as they are dissonant, band members Ali, Matt and Noah take the lofi and grunge elements of classic alternative, but with fresh inspiration from peers in the indie punk sphere, Trust Club have a sound of their own. With two EPs under their belt, Trust Club are working on new material in preparation for their debut album. Having played numerous headline shows and having shared the stage with Speedy Ortiz, Weakened Friends, Snake Eyes, Supermilk and Me Rex, Trust Club have established themselves as an exciting live act. There is something so inviting and euphoric about seeing Trust Club perform live; their gleeful grins and effortlessly fun set always makes for a satisfied crowd. Daisy Taylor, AltEscape. FFO: Weezer, Superdrag, Pavement, Title Fight, Speedy Ortiz Sinews is a band from Oxford, playing unsfashionable post-hardcore rock music. Never macho - this is heavy music made with a humble heart. The band released their debut EP 'Reanimated' in January 2024, and a follow up EP 'Choreography' in February 2025, which Nightshift Magazine said 'stands true to post-hardcore's original ideals and finds the sweet spot between thoughtful intricacy and musical violence. Live the band have shared the stage with the likes of Mclusky, Fucked Up, Thank, The None, Cassels, Objections, and Other Half. FFO: Fugazi, Drive Like Jehu, Helmet, Modest Mouse, Unwound, Pavement.
Case Oats

Case Oats

31 May 2026 - 3 Jun 2026

FORM Presents Case oats \+ Special Guests Baseball caps and horsetails, porch swings and “all else that fails”-these are the lyrical stomping grounds of Case Oats, the group led by Casey Walker and Spencer Tweedy. Transplanted from Missouri to Chicago, Walker has a knack for getting to the “gooey heart” of relationships and experience, of bringing a city-dwelling life back down to earth. With an unadorned delivery and an unflinching eye, Walker relates songs about moving on, about growing up in the Midwest, and about loyalty to desperately flawed people and gratitude for pain, for the way things end up. Case Oats’ yet-to-be-announced debut album is a well-defined, inviting labor of love. Light on pastiche and heavy on intention, their arrangements, backed by a group of longtime collaborators, put Case Oats on a continuum of porch-sitting, familiar songwriters. Presented by FORM. Kuhle Matrosen + Nothing New

6 Jun 2026 - 6 Jun 2026

We are excited to announce that our next REFORMATION event will feature KÜHLE MATROSEN making their UK debut, with support from London's NOTHING NEW Kühle matrosen DIY - Minimal - Synth Wave - Neue Deutsche Welle - Post-punk Based in Hamburg , Kühle Matrosen (KM) features Hubert Kühl (vocals), aka Lars Trombose, and Marc Trose (machines). Their name pays tribute to “Blaue Matrosen” by Der Moderne Man (1982). After years exploring rap, electro, and techno, Lars Kühl took a new direction in 2018, inspired by Andreas Dorau’s performance at Hamburg’s “Hanseplatte.” He shelved his techno records to create a raw DIY sound inspired by early ‘80s acts like DAF. The result: their first tracks “Bräutigam”, “Gold”, and “Theoretisch Magnetisch”, followed by releases on Kernkrach / Hertz-Schrittmacher, Ölband, and Young & Cold Records. With support from NOTHING NEW. Nathan Nothing started a new project in 2019, with the aim of producing synth music that wasn't trying to be anything new. As it has taken over three years to finish any music, this is also not such a new project. There are also several other bands with this name, which fits the theme, but luckily they don't play electronic music. Expect minimal wave and synthpop, with some elements of EBM.
