Robert Vincent

Robert Vincent

16 Aug 2025 - 18 Apr 2026

Robert Vincent is one of the most acclaimed new voices on the Americana music scene. Born in Crosby Liverpool, his upbringing inculcated him with a very Merseyside culture of storytelling and language. In 2013 Robert Vincent released his debut album Life in Easy Steps. Critically well received, the title track was play-listed by Radio 2. After meeting Whispering Bob Harris at an event called ‘Bluebird at the Bluecoat’ that brought the concept of the bluebird cafe in Nashville to The Bluecoat Chambers in Liverpool, the legendary radio presenter invited Robert to perform a live session on his Radio 2 show and in 2016 awarded him with his ‘Emerging Artist’ of the year award at the inaugural UK Americana Awards show in Hackney London. In 2018 his Sophomore album ‘I’ll Make the Most of my Sins’ was named UK Americana Album of the Year. Meeting and performing with musical director Ethan Johns at the award ceremony would shape his future career. In February of 2018 Robert was invited to perform on the BBC ‘Old Grey Whistle Test, For One Night Only’ closing the show. It was this performance that would propel him to number 1 and 2 in the iTunes Album and Singles Charts. Robert's latest release ‘In this Town You’re Owned' charted at number 2 in the UK Americana Charts been critically praised both in the UK and Europe and USA. At the midway point of the year American Songwriter Magazine named ‘In this Town You’re Owned’ in its top 20 albums (every genre) of 2020 to date. ‘In This Town You’re Owned’ has also picked up Americana Music Association UK Album & Artist of The Year 2021, plus Americana UK Album & Artist of the Year 2020.

Frauds + Achers + Sinews

Frauds + Achers + Sinews

6 Sept 2025 - 6 Sept 2025

Frauds are back! After a little time away doing other things, the rocking two piece are back for a rare couple of shows! We’ll be hosting the lovely lads in both London on 5th September at the Waiting Room, and can’t wait for them to bring the noise! A bit more info on the band here, direct from the horse’s mouth: Frauds are a long-running two-piece alt-rock project that first emerged from South London (Croydon) in 2012. Over the years, they’ve released a handful of self-produced EPs and albums through British indie label Alcopop!, crafting a sound that shifts between punk, garage rock, and sharp, sarcastic lyricism-always with a distinct British identity. Playful in nature yet big in sound, Frauds built a loyal cult following in the UK scene, coming up alongside and sharing stages with bands like IDLES, Mclusky, Future Of The Left, Ditz, JOHN, and USA Nails. By 2025, life has taken the band in different directions-Mike relocated to Vienna with his partner in 2022-but rather than slowing things down, this shift has opened up new creative possibilities. Despite the distance, they’ve crafted a new album, which is now ready to be unleashed across Europe. Support comes from London emo/noise rock/post hardcore gang Achers and Oxford post hardcore rockers Sinews. A lovely loud time guaranteed! Tickets are on a pay what you feel basis - choose whichever you feel is best for you! FYI - this show is 18+, and the venue room is not wheelchair accessible. Divine Schism This is an 18+ event
Ben Morgan

Ben Morgan

14 Aug 2025 - 22 Aug 2025

Fans of Ziggy Alberts, Ben Howard, Matt Corby will love Ben Morgan Ben Morgan started busking and performing along the East Coast of Australia throughout 2022 as a 23-year-old singer/songwriter and saxophonist. Preferring to stay outside the big cities, he experimented with his unique blend of blues and folk until 2023, which saw him amass 50,000 followers across his social media. For a young, blonde Australian surfer cliche, Ben has a surprisingly mature voice which has been likened to Hozier, Matt Corby, and Ray Lamontagne and is deeply influenced by a unique blend of folk, blues and alternate/indie singer/songwriters including Ben Howard, Matt Corby and Patrick Watson. I just want my music to be a soundtrack to life, through all the light and shade, so I guess I naturally write songs that are quite emotionally driven and blend my early influence of folk with more open and alternate styles that have come through my love of the saxophone'. Ben hit the ground running in 2025 after a year of consistent releases and an Australian headline tour, sparking a rapid rise in his listeners worldwide. This momentum led to sold-out shows supporting Ziggy Alberts and Boy & Bear in early 2025. Ben's live set weaves between intimate folk tunes, swampy blues numbers and feel-good coastalfolk songs.

Adrian Crowley

Adrian Crowley

3 Dec 2025 - 3 Dec 2025

One stormy night in Ireland, Adrian Crowley's brother brought home a wounded crow. After taking care of it for a time, the crow flew away on its own, leaving an impression behind: Crowley wrote a story, which would later become the aptly titled Crow Song on this, his brand new record & ninth studio album The Watchful Eye of the Stars. He sings, And I was joyous for you, but shattered none-the-less. Suffused with a hazy and surreal quality, Crowley describes Watchful Eye's poignant narratives as those which insisted themselves upon him. After the fact, it seemed these songs came to him more or less fully formed. It's a beautiful and mysterious thing, he says. Perhaps it is a tendency to hold onto memories (It's taken me so long to write to you / Well I just couldnt find a pen, he laments in Bread and Wine), that allows him to unleash them lyrically in completion. For Crowley, the creative process is an organic event rather than a practice he feels compelled to regulate or control. He approaches lyrics much like he does short story writing. The songs straddle the conscious and subconscious world and some are even psychedelic in my mind, but to me they are all at once true stories and born of another place, he shares. In making the album, Crowley moved between studio and at home recording, while John Parish (Aldous Harding, PJ Harvey) produced. The pair worked from tracks made initially by Crowley on a charity shop ¾ size nylon string guitar or Mellotron: In this way, John wanted to keep some of the magic of that first take, says Crowley. Contradictions and complexities are left intact, initial recordings were limited to one or two takes, and the songs feel more like a dream recounted upon waking.

Although Manchester-based, their roots are UK-wide: Georgia Gage is Scottish, Niamh Feeney is Irish, Sophie Wozencraft is Welsh and Katie Emmanuel “from Down South”.
