The Chefs’ Stage Introducing an unforgettable dining experience at The Green Room: The Chefs’ Stage – an intimate series celebrating some of the culinary world’s most respected figures. Each edition invites a renowned chef to take over the space for one evening, sharing not only a bespoke tasting menu but the stories, influences and experiences that have shaped their career. Volume 1: Ian McAndrew We are proud to launch the series with Ian McAndrew, a highly acclaimed British chef and restaurateur with a career spanning several decades. Ian has worked in (and owned) acclaimed kitchens around the world including The Dorchester, working alongside some of the industry’s most celebrated names and earning a reputation for precision, creativity and a deep respect for seasonal ingredients.
