In 1980, Kirk Brandon formed Theatre Of Hate from the ashes of heralded punk band The Pack. Joining Kirk on vocals were notable punk musicians Stan Stammers and Luke Rendall, along with old school friend, Steve Guthrie and Canadian born John Boy Lennard, who revolutionised the band's sound with his haunting sax lines.
Theatre of Hate's debut double-A-side single, Legion/Original Sin, topped the independent chart in 1980, and Westworld, their debut album, produced by Mick Jones from The Clash and released in 1982, held the number one position for 21 weeks. The single taken from the album, Do You Believe In The Westworld? has become an anthem and is still widely played in clubs and on international radio, as well as featuring on numerous compilation albums.

Mik is a classically trained guitarist having studied at Manchester's RNCM. Jake is an electric junkie and grew up playing in rock and metal bands. Together, they started out as buskers and have since gone on to play all over the globe. earthtone9 are rightly hailed by those who know as one of the most forward-thinking, clever, musically wise and creatively smart in the history of British metal. Emerging in the late ‘90s as nu-metal was beginning to surge, their more nuanced palette and intelligent approach saw them hailed as something special and excitingly against the grain from the very beginning. Making an album a year between 1998 and 2000 – beginning with their expertly crafted Lo-def(inition) Discord debut, and culminating in 2000’s staggering Arc’tan’gent – it was a workrate as intense as the music was uniformly brilliant.
After splitting in 2002 the band made a surprise return in 2013 with the crowdfunded album, IV. Following this they made only occasional appearances in the live arena (including at the ArcTanGent Festival, which purloined its name from their third album!), before once again seeming to disappear on hiatus.
Now, 11 years on from their last record, they present In Resonance Nexus, a thrilling work of brains and muscle that not only stokes a fire, but sees the band's core members – vocalist Karl Middleton and guitarists Owen Packard and Joe Roberts – rediscovering and reconnecting with what makes them so special. In Resonance Nexus is the heaviest, fiercest, most heightened record they have ever made; a startling combination of almost feral intensity and the latter-day songwriting chops they displayed on the IV album.

As a band, they cover such issues as organised crime, recreational drug use, violence, poverty and politics. They are best known for their hit Scooby Snacks, which features samples from films by Quentin Tarantino, as well as the song Love Unlimited, which serves as a comical tribute to Barry White (and shares its name with White's backing vocal group).
The band gained a large following internationally, notably in north-west Europe, around the release of their first two albums in the late Nineties.

The band was born when guitarist George landed on his brother Johnny’s sofa in Colchester after abandoning a job in a Midlands petrol station for the dazzling lights of Essex.
They didn’t have a plan. But they had guitars. With explosive live performances of singalong anti-anthems, Pet Needs began smashing sets on stages throughout the UK, screaming stories of disastrous job interviews, self-destruction and heading down the river on an inflatable kayak.

The New Roses story began in 2013 in the tranquil setting of Rheingau, Germany. With the title track of their debut album Without A Trace, Timmy Rough and his band colleagues landed on the compilation of the US cult biker TV series "Sons Of Anarchy" and thus also provided the song for the "Sons Of Anarchy" DVD trailer campaign in Germany.
Since then, it´s been nothing less than a steady climb to the top. The band´s played hundreds of shows in their home country and abroad, signed a worldwide deal with Napalm Records (Universal), and released another 4 albums; all of which enjoyed high chart positions. The 2019 album Nothing But Wild, with the rock radio hit "Down By The River," reached #10 in the German album charts!
Musically, The New Roses are an explosive force, taking their cues from idols like Guns N'Roses, AC/DC, Kid Rock, Metallica and The Black Crowes, but doing it in a very unique way. This musical concept makes The New Roses one of the few contemporary German rock bands to play on international soil.
Their tours have taken the band to the biggest festivals in Europe such as Hellfest (FR), Sweden Rock (SE), Hard Rock Hell (UK), Masters Of Rock (CZ), and Rockfest Barcelona (ES), among others, where they shared the stage with greats like Aerosmith, Alice Cooper, The Scorpions, KISS and many more.

La Sécurité (Montréal/Tiohtià:ke) is a collective whose art punk is equal parts: jumpy beats, off-kilter arrangements and minimalistic melodic hooks. The music is all about living dangerously, perfectly agreeable to being blasted onto dancefloors; while the lyrics share the ethos of the Riot Grrrl movement, and celebrate the autonomization of women, friends (mean and nice) as well as benevolence. These five scattered, yet creatively concerted entities also propose a wide arsenal of D.I.Y. music videos, visuals, screenprints, patented dance moves, etcetera! Debut album Stay Safe! (June 16th, 2023 via Mothland) showcases songs that are empowering, flush with urgency, but also denote a dash of melancholia. Bill Pearis from BrooklynVegan describes the long-player as “an enticing batch of party-friendly jams shouted in sneering Franglais that recall everything from Le Tigre to Neu! to Kleenex/Liliput (also Montreal’s Duchess Says)”. As they gear up for their forthcoming US tour supporting The Go! Team, La Sécurité tease us with a first single via British imprint Bella Union, dancy-topsy-curvy “Detour” (October 22nd, 2024), also available on the other side of the pond via boutique label Mothland (CA/US).

Michigan-based metalcore band Still Remains is celebrating the 20th anniversary of their acclaimed Roadrunner Records debut, “Of Love and Lunacy.” Formed in Grand Rapids in 2001, the band quickly rose to prominence with their dynamic blend of European-inspired riffs, melodic hooks, heavy breakdowns, and ethereal keyboards. Driven by standout singles “The Worst Is Yet to Come” and “White Walls,” their Roadrunner debut became a defining album in the early-2000s metalcore movement,
In their early years, Still Remains extensively toured with prominent names in metal, notably joining Trivium and 3 Inches of Blood on the 2005 Roadrage Tour and Bullet for My Valentine on the 2006 Kerrang! XXV Tour. Following their 2007 Roadrunner release, “The Serpent,” the band continued touring internationally, performing multiple UK and European tours alongside Bullet for My Valentine and Atreyu, as well as North American tours with As I Lay Dying, August Burns Red, and participation in the 2007 Warped Tour.
After a hiatus from 2008 to 2011, Still Remains reformed with five original members from the "Of Love and Lunacy" era. Although no longer a full-time touring act, the band performs periodic live shows and released the fan-funded album, “Ceasing to Breathe,” in 2013. Returning to more frequent live performances in 2023, Still Remains is actively working on new music, aiming for an EP release in late 2025 or early 2026

He has recently risen to prominence with a series of affecting covers recorded in his hometown and released across social media - many of which have been supported by the original artists such as Venbee, Cian Ducrot and 50 Cent, the latter posting ADMT’s reworking of ‘Best Friend’ to his own socials. This has led to shout outs from mega influencers such as Khloe Kardashian, Tommy Mallett and many others.
ADMT has been connecting directly with fans through his own music since 2020. Realness and relatability are at the core of what drives him as an artist and his songs touch on everything from mental health to the power of great friendships and the almost inevitable fck ups we make when having a fun night out.
Since his first releases, he has been invited to feature on the Xmas episode of Golden Globe winning TV show Ted Lasso, undertook the Three Peak Challenge for Mind and connected with millions of people online.

The Men They Couldn't Hang

The Men They Couldn't Hang came together in 1984 to perform at the alternative music festival in Camden town alongside the legendary Pogues and the Boot Hill Foot-Tappers. Paul Simmonds, Philip 'Swill' Odgers and his brother Jon, veterans of the Southampton based pop-punk band 'Catch 22', met Pogues roadie Stefan Cush whilst busking in Shepherds Bush in London. Their early line up was Stefan Cush (Vocals, Guitar), Paul Simmonds (Guitar, Bouzouki, and Keyboards), Philip Odgers (Vocals, Guitar, Tin Whistle, and Melodica), Jon Odgers (Drums, Percussion) and Shanne Bradley (Bass, Flute).
Championed by the late John Peel their first single, a cover of Eric Bogle's 'Green Fields of France' (1984), became a big hit on the UK Indie charts and a staple of Peel's festive 50. Their first album, Night of a Thousand Candles, was released in 1985. It includes the singles 'Ironmasters' and 'Greenback Dollar'. Signing for MCA the following year, they recorded their second album, How Green Is the Valley, produced by Mick Glossop. Included on this album are thesingles 'Gold Rush', 'Shirt of Blue' and 'Ghosts of Cable Street'.
In 1987 Shanne Bradley left the band and was replaced by Ricky McGuire, famous for touring with punk legends the UK Subs at the tender age of 17. With their third release in 1988, Waiting for Bonaparte, The Men They Couldn't Hangwere starting to achieve recognition across Europe for their political comment and raucous live shows.

If the last few years are anything to go by, expect the unexpected at a Yung Singh set.
Joining Yung Singh we have Dazed Muzic head honcho Oh My Rosh, bringing his unique blend of UK dance music underground culture. Their electronic compositions are the ideal fusion of complex basslines, pulsing rhythms, and ethereal soundscapes. A thrilling and immersive aural experience is produced by the blending of electronic sounds with the upbeat drum and bass vibes. The throbbing beats and catchy grooves of Oh My Rosh's music have the ability to carry listeners away to a new world.
Saydou is a DJ and producer blending the rich and organic sonic palette of West Africa with the raw energy of the UK underground. Drawing from his Senegalese heritage and a decade behind the decks, his sound fuses traditional African instrumentation with house, garage, breaks, and techno, creating something both deeply rooted and future-facing.
IZZIT is a Bristol-based DJ embracing a broad spectrum of electronic genres, including UKG, Breaks, and Electro, with a commonality of deep rooted, bass-driven, underground energy. Inspired by the raw spirit of early 2000s club culture, her sets blend future sounds, tying together punchy rhythms, percussive textures and a playful curveball or two.
