Now entering it's fourth year, BanterFest [https://www.banter.band/banterfest-home/] is a beautiful, boutique folk festival taking place on the weekend of 19th - 22nd September 2025. The weekend features up close and intimate concerts from some of the biggest A-list artists in the folk world in a wonderful, cozy venue nestled in the idyllically rural village of Welbourn, Lincolnshire. This friendly gathering has everything you love at bigger festivals: camping; singing; dancing; sessions; workshops; real ale and top nosh as well as the lighthearted and soon-to-be-traditional Banter'Lympics, but with that close knit, part-of-a-family feel. The line up for the last three years has been world class and this next year will be no exception with the very best artists now booked for the Friday eve, Saturday afternoon & eve and Sunday afternoon concerts. We are holding back on announcing exactly who is appearing until we have closed early bird ticket sales. Initial Tier One Earlybird Tickets were sold to attendees at last year's festival and we are now opening up Tier Two Earlybird Tickets. We are now inviting last year's attendees who didn't purchase at the time, the previous year's attendees who couldn't attend in 2024 and everyone who has asked to be added to our mailing list to consider purchasing BanterFest 2025 tickets before we announce the lineup and put the remaining tickets on general public sale.
