It should be a great night in the Observatory overlooking Torsa Bay with the wonderful Emma, telling us about Beinn an Tuirc Distillers and of course some Gin sampling and a Gin Cocktail. Mark from Ooshka Bar joins us in the Observatory overlooking Torsa Bay for a Whisky tasting evening. 4 specially selected whiskies will be chosen for us to try and learn more about during the evening.

WildLuing are teaming up again with Lucy, The Wild Cooke to celebrate the beautiful island of Luing, in the Inner Hebrides, looking at seasonal wild foods and celebrating local produce. A weekend with critically acclaimed cook Will Hamer (of Wild Kabn Kitchen) in the relaxed atmosphere of WildLuing. Open fire cooking of a Saturday evening feast of local produce and a Sunday lunch with Will cooking for us to enjoy overlooking Torsa Bay. 3 nights stay for 2 people in a WildSuite at WildLuing included.
