Aliquando Chamber Choir will present their spring concert Music Spread thy Voice Around on May 17 in the Christ Church Centre, Reading Road in Henley-on-Thames at 7pm (doors open at 6). Under the direction of Musical Director Anne Evans, this concert promises a unique blend of musical contrasts, pairing pieces with differing styles, themes, and genres. The diverse program will feature songs from renowned composers/performers, including Handel, Arthur Sullivan, Eric Whitacre, Neil Diamond and Carly Simon. Expect a lively, yet classical performance that offers something for everyone, making it perfect for family entertainment. The charity collecting on the night is Riverside Counselling Service which is a registered charity that had been providing a professional, affordable counselling service to the local community since 1989. Riverside offers counselling to adults and young people from the age of 12. Riverside are committed to providing an accessible service across the community relying on donations and grants to support them.
