Dews Pegahorn

Dews Pegahorn

1 Apr 2026 - 4 Apr 2026

Dews Pegahorn describes his authentic artistic voice and expression in three words: “danceable manic depression.“ Dews, born in Stuttgart, is a German-African rock musician with roots in Madagascar and Angola, whose musical journey began early in life, inspired by legends like Michael Jackson and shaped by the music of 2Pac. After receiving classical vocal training at a music boarding school and gaining initial experience as the frontman of a rock band, he developed his unique style - marked by melancholic guitars, wild drums, and atmospheric vocals. Dews Pegahorn embodies raw energy, radical authenticity, and the courage to push boundaries. With a mix of deep emotion and explosive stage presence, he creates a one-of-a-kind connection with his audience. This is an 18+ event
Osp Presents: Suir (de) + Bloodworm + Colour Me Blood Red
SUIR (de): SUIR hail from Cologne, Germany and create music that offers a glimpse into the abysses of one‘s own being as well as into the depths of the world - but make it cool and in nice shoes. The band´s sound is as versatile as their thoughts: sometimes it drives forward as shoegazy post-punk, sometimes it glides into more ambient, synth-influenced and cinematic excursions. The band plays with a dense wall of sound created by guitars, saturated reverb and delay effects to create these dreamlike soundscapes. Always accompanied by driving drum beats and a striking psych bass sound that gives the guitars a powerful base. The magic of SUIR unfolds particularly well on stage: whether as a duo or a trio, their live shows are like entering a hypnotic dream world. The air literally vibrates with the energy that runs through the dense soundscapes and draws the audience into a maelstrom of sound and emotion. Following the release of their critically acclaimed album NOT ALL OF YOUR PAIN IS SELF CHOSEN on the legendary German label This Charming Man Records, SUIR are already working on their next project—and this spring, they’re bringing their explosive sound to stages across your country. And yes, when they tour, they regularly collect vintage furniture. Why? Because style and art aren’t just for the music—they’re a way of life. BLOODWORM: With a musical palette leaning towards the darker side of post-punk, Bloodworm have been compared to the likes of Bauhaus, The Cure and The Sound among others. Bloodworm burst into 2023 by filling out Rock City’s basement to capacity for Beat The Streets festival followed by sold out debut headline gigs in Manchester and Nottingham. By May 2023 they were opening the legendary Rescue Rooms stage for Dot To Dot festival having already supported Opus Kink and headlined the Shacklewell Arms earlier that month. The second half of the year kept the pace with performances up and down the country with headline slots at various local festivals and an autumn tour with sold out gigs in Sheffield and Manchester. In 2024 Bloodworm supported Shame and sold out a home town gig at Nottingham's Bodega venue and also played the main stage to 2000 people at Rockaway Beach festival in January 2025 and will perform at the prestigious Focus Wales in May 2025. ‘I love it, I absolutely love it. It really is an outstanding track.’ - BBC Introducing ‘The smart money’s on them to be the next band to break nationally’ - Under the Radar HOCKLEY HUSTLE REVIEW ‘A masterful performance’ - Under the Radar DOT TO DOT REVIEW ‘A stand out performance for the day’ - A Lucid Dream DOT TO DOT REVIEW ‘We looked at eachother and said ‘I like this’ - Fresh on the Net ‘The set threw the crowd into a sea of jangle’ - The Mic Magazine COLOUR ME BLOOD RED: Post punk psych noise from South London. Colour Me Blood Red are a b-movie slasher soundtrack with teeth. They conjure psychish krautrock and industrial grooves, mixing in a healthy dose of glam-surf charm. Expect gloriously reverb-drenched noise walls and gutsy fuzz. Presented by Other Side Promotions. This is an 18+ event. This venue has a strict No ID, No entry Policy. 18 Apr 2026 - 18 Apr 2026

In 2025 Bristol-based band, Make Friends release their new single 'Hand-Delivered', aspart of their 'How Do You Know?’' EP, set to drop later in the year. The band were formed after being collectively inspired by the indie-dance-punk of early era Foals' 'Antidotes', and melodic alt-pop of Bombay Bicycle Club. The band continue to bring their fresh take on modern indie music and their debut EP forged fan favourite 'Ellie', followed with a string of singles and a second EP in 2021. Much of their work was written over various states of lockdown, which supplied a surprisingly creative climate for the band, with lyrics naturally gravitating towards tackling themes of isolation and mental health. To date, the band have seen strong support from BBC Introducing in the West, with stand-out singles 'Falter' + 'Fever' receiving Radio 1 Airplay, culminating in Make Friends being selected for a live session at the esteemed Maida Vale Studios. With the help of Ed Nash (Bombay Bicycle Club) at the helm as producer and co-writer, Make Friends' began work on their ‘Loaded Fun’ EP, released in 2024, and continuing to solidify their presence as frontrunners of the UK Indie scene. The EP received further support from Radio 6, BBC Introducing and beyond, with Single ‘Maybe Tomorrow’ being selected as part of their best of 2024 roundup, and lead single ‘Loaded Fun’ appearing on ITV’s FA Cup roundup. Srp: Reptile B | Kimmortal (ca)

5 May 2026 - 5 May 2026

Strongroom is proud to present this line up featuring Reptile B with support from Kimmortal who will be coming to London from Canada as part of their tour. Reptile B Reptile B is the mutant voice of a new underground. Hailing from East London with Black British Jamaican roots, he fuses grime, UK drill, dancehall, jungle, and punk into a sound that is as chaotic as it is unclassifiable - think queer exorcism meets Fatboy Slim, Azealia Banks meets UK garage. In 2024, Reptile B debuted with his grime record “THG”, racking up one million views on TikTok and 100,000 streams on Spotify. He later on was invited to perform at the main stage of UK Black Pride and its official afterparty, where he delivered an electrifying live set. Blending high-energy dance moves, monologue and sick flows, Reptile B was recognised by CRACK Magazine as the highlight of the party. Kimmortal A second generation child of Filipino immigrants, Kimmortal grew up in the strict confines of religious dogmatism. Their experiences making art gave them the freedom to imagine something more. As a multidisciplinary artist, Kimmortal aims to defy, uplift and inspire - weaving their queerness and politics into joyful rituals of resistance and imagination. A student of wordsmiths within hip hop and spoken word, they spent their early years acting on theatre stages, listening to poetry in their headphones, and painting in art school cubicles. Today, Kimmortal reclaims their narrative through “making whatever they want”, leaning into their weirdo inner child, and exploring sonic possibilities, always with collective resistance at top of mind.
